This subway really sucks. The Filipino looking lady with a tatoo on her neck is very rude and has no customer service skills. She was not wearing a name tag so we don’t know her name. We ordered 2 turkey bacon chicken wraps and she told us that we were limited on vegetables because she couldn’t wrap it and we only asked for lettuce and tomatoes and she said we could not. We ended up getting no vegetables on them. She charged us two foot longs when we requested two 6 in subs. We noticed on the receipt that she charged us two completely different subs as well. She is the worst customer service employee and does not listen to customers and their orders

Every employee I have interacted with has been professional and my sandwiches have been made to order. At times, they don’t have the specific bread I would like, but that isn’t a big issue. The staff is friendly, and the produce has been fresh.

All they had was white bread, they waited until after the bread was toasted to tell me they had no tomatoes. They were super slow and seemed like they were understaffed. When I got there it wasn’t packed at all so I beat the rush.

On Thursday, September the 3rd at 11:49 went in for a 6 inch steak and cheese, sandwich was good but the old lady that works there is not a good employee, bad service. Threw the receipt like I was nothing, haha what is that? I mean she’s old why is she still working there with that attitude, retirement is all she needs to think about.

Never going back. The young girl who works the morning shift is extremely rude and slams and rolls her eyes at the customers. If she doesn’t like her job she can always find a new one subway shouldn’t have employees who make them look bad .. not the first person to go through this experience here .. I ordered catering online and did not get a confirmation email sent to the email I input in the order. We went to several locations to find the order and ended up buying 2 pizza from another establishment for a work party. No call or email from the store about the pick up but I get an email (not a call) from the catering call center at 4pm about it. My pick up time was 12…4 fricking hours later. And they are still going to charge me. I would rather drive all the way off post to another franchise to do catering with. I think it’s piss poor service for a huge corperation like that.

Went for two subway clubs and they ran out of roast beef for the second one. I said that’s fine just put double Turkey then and she wanted to charge me extra. Um, you want to charge me full price for a sandwich missing 1/3 the meat but and extra if I want a full sandwich worth of meat. Unbelievable.
