Did and online order, ASAP pickup came right in the lady was doing my milk shake when I came in. She grabbed the onion rings and put them in the bag with my sandwich and handed me my food. I FELT (meaning I Touched them to check the temp) the onion rings were cool no warmth or heat at all. I was like can I get some Hot onion rings? She took the bag back, took the onion rings back and PUT THEM BACK IN THE FRY/ONION RING DROP. I was like you are not going to throw them away? I touched them. She was like “that would be waisting them,” i’m like huh? I said don’t mix my fresh onion rings with them old ones. I will bring them back. Yall should cook food to order, fresh hot food should be served at all times. I paid with real money, yall need to do better.

Burger king is one of the only fast food places I will eat and every single time I think no I’ll just stop it can’t be as bad as last time I swear it’s worse than the last time. If I could give -star review I would. Today there’s like 8 ppl in drive through the line had not moved at all in 6 mins so I thought I would go in. I’m glad I did cause what I seen I will not return for awhile. The younger girl up front was trying her hardest and she was pretty decent at her job but just ONE person cannot just be good at the job that poor girl took about 5 orders still jumped to get the food help the drive through, she tried so hard communicating with the people putting burgers together that were not being marked. And just being all flung into the same pile of food. She puts her hand on her head and tries to compose herself. Continues over to fries and she works so hard at salting the fresh fries and separating the old fries that were on the front of the counter in front of the fry bin and nicely scoops them into the trash. As SOON as she walks away an older woman comes to the front where the fries are and reaches in with the scoop and starts scraping the back lip of the fry station which you could tell were some yucky looking fries right into the fresh ones and mixed them around. Cancels out the first girls work completely and for no reason she didn’t even do anything with those fries just walked away. I finally get my food a jr cheeseburger and mozz fries and when I open them there’s no cheese in most of them and they are so old and gross took one bite looked at the rest and didn’t even want my burger after that 11 for that and my drink and for what seriously.

My daily stop (nightly, work night shift) and I’ve never known a fast food place to jane drive thru customers park too wait for food. There’s currently 4 other people in the parking lot with me, with more on the way. I don’t like giving mid to low star reviews for places i like, since this is one of the only 24 hour none truck stop burger kings in this area, but how can you call this fast food if you don’t recieve your food at the window? I’ve ordered big orders at taco bell and as soon as I pay, I get my food.

I can complain here, but it already seems like 15 minutes ticket times for drive thru orders are the standard, I however find that unacceptable. Not even going to mention the poor dude that stood as the ONLY person in line ahead of me INSIDE the store not having his order taken for the entire time I was there. Crazy
15 minutes I could’ve went to a diner and got real food that arrived HOT and wouldn’t land me on the toilet for my entire shift, that it made me late getting to in the first place.

Was in town for a funeral, waited 30 minutes for our food. The manager got smart when I asked about our food and explained we was on our way to a funeral. I literally had to ask for a bottle water three times. Thank God my town burger king is a lot better. The gentleman behind us asked for his money back after waiting 20 minutes after he ordered. I don’t care if you are training new employees, take care of your customers first.

Well drove up to the drive threw placed my order( 3 times )then parked then waited for almost 20mins for someone to bring out my order walked in order was just sitting in the food bin the male bagged my order I am not pleased for asin onion rings where not hot my impossible Burger the same I know I just ordered onion rings only not the case if it was applicable I would rate everything an zero no start at all so sad….. and yes it was more fries in their I took them out ,so sad..

Stop in here after working a long day. Go into the bathroom and there is someone in the stall sitting sideways on the toilet not using it playing on his phone. After waiting for a solid 10 mins, guy gets up just walks right out. No pulling up his pants no grabbing toilet paper, clearly just hanging out in there using the toilet as a seat to play on his phone. I do my business and go over to Burger King Counter and the dude is working in the back of the kitchen. This is why the wait times are always long, and quite frankly it disgusted me so much I just left. Even if he was just sneaking a break in the stall he should have washed his hands. This place is gross I don’t know why I keep giving it chances. This is the last time for me. Enjoy eating fecal matter burgers if you go here.

I come from Maryland! Traveling pregnant to see my husband! Erica, Jose, and Leo were there immediately! My burger was hot! I requested mayo no mustard and it was correct! Erica helped me in multiple ways when it comes to questions about the store, food and directions. LEO was upfront greeting and asking how he could help as soon as I started to approach. Then Jose come out to receive his compliment on the burger. My husband works at five guys and if he says that it’s good, that means it’s good! I just want to give a big shout out to this store and Erica for all she does. Thank you!!!!!

Ordered food on uber and they gave me stale fries. Like stale crunchy and cold fries. Mozzarella fries tasted like they sat there for over an hour and uber wouldnt give me the option to refund them.
