Never going back. The young girl who works the morning shift is extremely rude and slams and rolls her eyes at the customers. If she doesn’t like her job she can always find a new one subway shouldn’t have employees who make them look bad .. not the first person to go through this experience here .. Every employee I have interacted with has been professional and my sandwiches have been made to order. At times, they don’t have the specific bread I would like, but that isn’t a big issue. The staff is friendly, and the produce has been fresh.

On Thursday, September the 3rd at 11:49 went in for a 6 inch steak and cheese, sandwich was good but the old lady that works there is not a good employee, bad service. Went for two subway clubs and they ran out of roast beef for the second one. I said that’s fine just put double Turkey then and she wanted to charge me extra. Um, you want to charge me full price for a sandwich missing 1/3 the meat but and extra if I want a full sandwich worth of meat. Unbelievable.

I ordered catering online and did not get a confirmation email sent to the email I input in the order. We went to several locations to find the order and ended up buying 2 pizza from another establishment for a work party. No call or email from the store about the pick up but I get an email (not a call) from the catering call center at 4pm about it. My pick up time was 12…4 fricking hours later. And they are still going to charge me. I would rather drive all the way off post to another franchise to do catering with. I think it’s piss poor service for a huge corperation like that.
