Do not go to this subway. My wife will also be leaving a review as she is actually a subway gm in our hometown. We stopped at subway to eat as it’s our favorite place to eat on thw road since subway is consistent.

Great service, clean and fresh food! Staff has smiles and positive attitude. Azul was the sandwich artist, and surprisingly, my request of making my sandwich as big as a sald wasn’t a challenge for her. The sandwich was tightly wrapped and quite delicious. I’m so glad Subway now slices their own deli! Did you know???

Horrible experience!! We didn’t even get service not even a “give us a minute” nothing. There were 2 girls talking to each other-one was busy making more bread which I understand, but the other girl just completely ignored me and my family. We stood there several minutes before we just left. Never have we been ignored like this. So unprofessional and disrespectful. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not sure what the deal was but even the gas station itself lied and told us the pumps weren’t working… Horrible experience… I hope we never have to stop in Odessa again…

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a subway. Shifts leader was the one who helped us out. She had amazing customer service and knew what she was doing. Not making our sandwiches all sloppy like they usually are. Keep up the great job.
