Recently went in to buy a 15 piece chicken. Came away with 10 drumsticks (1 breast and 2 thighs). Guess that’s a good deal if you consider paying more than $2.50 for chicken legs. Been going out of my way for their chicken. Needless to say, won’t be going back ever again!

Delivery order never came. I called multiple times after waiting over an hour past the estimated delivery time. Customer service was horrendous, they were rude & unprofessional, and couldn’t offer a refund that night when my order never came. The only thing they kept saying was the driver was still on the way. Clear weather conditions late night so no traffic. Well, now it’s the morning after and it was never delivered. No excuses just terrible service. So now I’m out money and never got the food. 0/10 don’t recommend.

My food was delivered. The chicken and shrimp where over cook burnt crust and tasted like old grease. Second time I have ordered it and it seems like its old warmed up burnt food. Very disappointed. The first time the food was great but the later in the evening it seems the food get bad.

Didn’t notice larger chicken portions were undercooked as they were on the bottom of the container, marinating in pink slimy discharge from the pieces , paid for it with 4 days of severe abdominal cramping.
I never experienced this issue with the hall st location, however this was on 44th Street.
