I’m pregnant. I can’t tell you how sad and disappointed I was when I got my sandwich and half the sandwich wasn’t on there. I didn’t get onions, cucumber, or tomatoes on here. Why? Literally why??? It’s not hard to make an order that’s literally printed out for you.

Went in after work around 8, was immediately greeted by a female and male employee who was patient with me and my children as the kids picked out what they wanted. They offered advice on the new menu and our sandwhiches looked and tasted great. Would recommend but not for eating in as the lobby is fairly small and was crowded.

Went in and they charged me extra for cheese that they should not have. I asked for a kids meal with tuna and they refused to substitute it for me. It’s been done everywhere else. The staff was rude and full of piercings. Totally unacceptable. Never coming here again.

Sub maker put 5 call in orders before a line of people, 4:24pm shift it was a male with a long hair curl that hung down, asked nicely if he could please take my order and he said nope I got orders I asked if they were there and he said nope and then told me to “ have fun with that “ when I let him know that I’ll be letting management know how he was being. Absolutely ridiculous!!
