Went here for all you can eat hot pot on Monday, February 16th. Unfortunately, did not catch our waiter’s name, but he was very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and the service was great! We will definitely be back.

It was a solid spot and scratched the hotpot craving itch. We tried the Kimchi and Jalapeño Miso broths. Full disclosure, the kimchi was super mild, which was a little disappointing, and honestly, both broths were pretty mild.

The veggie selection was kinda small too. But, they had a great variety of meats and the sauce bar was small but it did the trick.

This is gonna sound silly, but I could not get over the bowls, lol. They were so small and shallow. I guess i like deep bowls ‍♀️

Overall, it’s a great place if you’re a hot pot newbie and are nervous to try it out. As someone who’s a big fan of hot pot, though, it was a little underwhelming for the experience I was looking for. Good, but not amazing. Also the service is great!! Super helpful and polite. I would go back. 🙂

This was a great experience! We went in and were seated and handed menus. The employee explained everything about their menu and how the experience worked. We ordered a couple of rounds of food from the gold menu based on his recommendations and it was amazing. All of the vegetables were so fresh and the meat was delicious too. I definitely recommend the spicy lemongrass soup base since it was a perfect blend of spices. We will be back again for the amazing food and friendly service!

wow, we got the lemon grass and chinese herbal broths and both were flavorful and delicious. They also make homemade sauces and have fresh lemonades. I’m so happy and grateful that i was recommended to come here and i will be back.

This was my first time visiting BoSa Kobe Hot Pot, and overall it was a pleasant experience. I came with a party of three, and although the restaurant was quiet when we arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming.

We ordered a variety of items—my personal favorites are always lamb, chicken, and seafood. The broths were flavorful, and I appreciated the ability to customize sauces at the self-serve station. However, I did notice that the sauce bar selection was a bit more limited than what I’m used to at other hot pot spots.

The service was excellent—our server was attentive and kind throughout the meal. While the overall experience was nice, I didn’t enjoy it as much as I’d hoped, simply because there weren’t many lamb options, which is usually my go-to.

That said, I still think it’s worth trying if you enjoy hot pot. It may not have been a personal favorite for me, but it’s a solid option with good service and a cozy atmosphere.

Very pricey compared to other hot pots ive been to. Food is still good for what they have. Its just a very small menu for 32 dollars per person will not be returning.

Our experience was impacted by an uncomfortable interaction where a senior server publicly reprimanded a new employee over sake service. While the new server remained professional, the situation should have been addressed privately. Respectful training matters. Additionally, the same senior server attempted to charge us for vegetables that appeared not to be properly washed, which was disappointing.

Quality of ingredients and the variety of broth was awesome but more impressive was the service. It was clear a single server was in charge of all FOH duties and when we got in at 7 every table was packed. The service we received was fast and outstanding. Our server was very kind and efficient and was running the whole floor solo! Tables were clean and all the people looked very happy. I hope they get more staff to support what great people they have now

Overall this place is okay. I typically like Jin Shabu or PK shabu better. The meat turns a weird purple/brown color when you cook it. It looks off, maybe freezer burnt? It still taste fine but it’s enough to set this place apart from the other two I mentioned. The service was 10/10 the first time I went in there. There was only one other person and the younger lady was phenomenal. She took really good care of us. The second time I went in there was a middle aged woman who was, at first, tentative but then I think the health inspector came in and she got sidetracked. There was only one other party in with four people in it, and it took her 20 minutes to come back and see if I had another order I wanted to place. I only ended up placing one order and ate broth in the 20 minute Gap that I had. I would have ate more but filled up on broth. Very unfortunate because when I typically go to these places I tried to get two or three rounds of food in. I will say the shining star of this place is their lemongrass broth. It’s probably the best broth I’ve had out of all the three Hot pot places I’ve been to. The lemongrass salon is what brings me back. But in terms of overall, I’d pick the other spots if they were open during lunch during the week. Unfortunately they are not. Another thing I will say too is I believe this place allows you to eat alone which is really great.

The most satisfied I’ve felt with a meal in a long time. The broths are truly different than all the other hot pot places. Made in house and simmered for over 16 hours, the Spicy Chengdu and the Chinese Herbal broths blew us away. Great customer service, yummy dessert, and unique drinks topped off this restaurant. The quality of the meats, the sauces they provide, and even the cucumber water was stellar. I’d definitely recommend this place to those willing to try it.
