I drove by here tonight around 9:20 and it closed even though it said it closed at 10 o’clock! I called the Subway on South 14th and it was open. We went there. I mentioned to the girl that the Southwest Dr. location was closed even though it said 10 o’clock. The girl said that the South 14th and the Southwest Dr. location is owned by the same franchisee and that they shouldn’t be closed!

first of, i wish to say how disappointed i am with the service at this location tonight. Usually when my roommate and I go out on Sunday nights, this is our choice of restaurant. I will give them the fact that were courteous and respectful to the guests as orders were made. but what normally takes us 15 minute to walk in the door, order and pay for them, and walk back out. took us almost 35 minutes. To top this all off, tonight we were served by a team of trainer and trainee. for the service rendered i give the trainee props as he was doing much better then the trainer. the trainer was slow as hell. I’m sorry but it doesn’t take you almost 5 minutes to prep a sandwich and put it in the oven for baking. then to make things worse, Normally when you are running low on their stock of ingredients, they would have them in the cold fridge underneath. But no the trainer had to go to the back of the store just to get more of an ingredient. I am not happy with the service rendered by the trainer to say the least. though thanks to the trainee, our sandwiches turned out decent….BIG THANKS TO THE TRAINEE!!!!
