My sandwich was empty!!! Asked for extra lettuce and I barely got any. Asked for extra olives gave me 3 more. It was dry and poorly made. I don’t eat a lot of bread so I take off the top bread. Waste of money. We bought 4 footlongs and all were like that

I placed a mobile order online and the employee called me and told me they didn’t have the bread of my choice so I asked him to cancel the order and he never canceled it and still charged me. I call the next day to get a refund and they tell me there’s nothing they can do about it and that I have to call corporate. I look up corporate phone number and there is no number only an online contact form. How does a business not have the ability to refund or cancel an order? I won’t be back.

I always get my personal build your own and I absolutely love it! I really only use this location anymore because it’s always fresh whereas others was not fresh and the bread wasn’t cooked all the way. Sometimes there’s even a little more crunch which makes it better!
