It was a good night at Subway. As per suggestion I got the Ultimate BMT and it was awesome made just the way it listed on the menu. The girls of course dry ham or turkey and cheese lol at least they eat the bread here unlike that other place!

I wish I could 0 stars because that’s what they deserve. I place my orders through the app so i can just pick it up and go but every single time they are NEVER ready. I placed an order today and when I pulled up they weren’t busy (at all) so I went inside to get my order and it wasn’t ready but the employees were just sitting in the back doing nothing. What is the point of being able to place mobile orders if they aren’t even going to make the food?? Never going to this subway again and so wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Pine street location is so much better.

You pay for a foot long worth of meat and they only give you half in the no bready bowl 🙂 literally no one ever knows what they’re doing here and the service is the worst I’ve experienced in Abilene. Do yourself a favor and go to a different subway 🙂 !!!

They’ve recently gutted all of the staff, so all of them are new. They were randomly closed the other day without reason. I went in today and noticed that they had one girl working the front while the other 2 hid in the back until several people started walking in. The food was all stale? Definitely not fresh. The bread was left over from yesterday, it was stale and hard. The tuna was VERY old and dry. The cucumbers were slimy for some reason? And something had a weird smell. I thought maybe I was getting sick because this location is usually very good and today it was just all… off. I’m worried I’m going to get food poisoning from here now.

Terrible experience. The guy making our food CLEARLY didn’t care whether or not it was done well. He just grabbed handfuls of veggies and slapped them down on the bread without even the slightest feigned interest in even spreading them out. When I asked if they had any salad dressing, he snapped that they have Ranch. He was more interested in telling the other worker what veggies to go prep than even paying attention to what he was making. I get that these high school kids are over worked, under paid, deal with the public, and have to do it all during COVID, but come on! It wasn’t even busy.

This store on Judge Ely used to be my go to Subway, but now I have to find another, or just forget Subways altogether. They certainly can’t use the old BK slogan of “Have It Your Way.”

My coworkers and I have had a multitude of issues with this Subway. They seem to completely ignore/ refuse customization as simple as adding cheese to a meatball marinara sandwich. I have never been to a Subway that outright refused to put cheese on a sandwich when it was an available cheese until this one. They also want you to pay $7 for a “salad” consisting of spinach and cherry tomatoes slathered in mustard. It is not worth the time, money, or effort to go to this location when they treat customers lower than dirt and don’t want to do anything beyond the basic sandwich.

It’s okay. The sandwich was tasty but Seems like anyone who works at this one has no idea how to make a sandwich and is always high. I’ve been twice and both times the employees took 20 minutes to make a sub and both employees looked high on something. I coached the last guy on how tolay the cheese and meat. He put all of it on one side and thought that was cool. Who knows. Maybe thats part of this subways employee manual. Reguardless, Would never advise going to this location.
