Thought we would grab a quick lunch before doing our weekly shopping. BIG mistake. We got there shortly after the store had opened. We had to wait a few minutes before someone finally came from the back to help. We got our sandwiches, drink and a bag of chips. There were maybe 15 total bags of chip on all of the racks. The restaurant itself was a disaster. We ended up wiping down our table just so we could sit and eat. May have been better to sit in the car and eat. No clean tables (we were the only people in there) that should have been the first sign to leave. Food all over the floor. I would assume from the previous day since they have only been opened for a short time. Then to use the restroom, I think the dumpster in the alley was cleaner. The mens restroom has not been cleaned in weeks. We love subway but will not return to this one.

Kind of lacking on the ingredients this time. Had the chicken, bacon ranch and was hardly any chicken. Bread was kind of dry as well. It was a new employee that did not know what he was doing. Needed more experience.

Need better training on how to put a sandwich together! Ask for oil and vinegar and they drenched the bottom part of the bun???????

My children and I came to eat. There were 2 teenagers. The employee named Faith treated us in a very unpleasant way and the other one did not want to give me his name. I asked him for the name of his employer. I spoke to him and he still tried. The customers are very unpleasant, they don’t take things seriously, their premises are very terrible… they also need to be educated and friendly to keep the business open..

I was in town with an athletic group. The sponsor tried to call several times and got no answer. When we went to this Subway, to order lunch for the group, they had no idea how to do an order like this. Not only did they lose a large sale, we had to go quite a way to get food for the group. Very disappointing!! Never had this happen before! Their bosses need to do some serious training!

Visited the store on 34th and Osage, the food was of good quality and tasted great. I gave it 4* due to the fact there was only one person working during peak lunch hours and the soda fountain was hooked up wrong. (Diet Coke to the regular Coke) The worker was very nice and seemed skilled in her sandwich making and running the register. She didn’t become stressed out with the long line building up behind me and she treated me like I was her only customer. Great service, she is the reason for the 4* instead of a 3*.

Wasn’t the most terrible place to get a sandwich although we called because we were running late and the guy we spoke with told us that the sandwiches could be made fresh when we showed up. So after we showed up my wife asked if they could remake the subs and they told her that they were out of a lot of the ingredients that were used to make the subs the first time. Wasn’t the worst but maybe next time show up in time to pick up your sandwich so you won’t run into the problem we did.

Subway failed the community today… walked in to order, only 2 breads to choose from. Didn’t have enough meat to make a footlong sandwich of any kind. No cookies at all. Then couldn’t take any gift cards… and still had over 90 minutes before closing. Do better subway!

Had to call corporate (actually do it digitally). The staff here is GARBAGE. Do not waste your time. They feel like you are interrupting their lives and if you don’t leave a tip they treat you like trash. If you want a tip be DECENT and not worthless. You never hear from the absent managers. You have to be a detective to find out sho they are. Guess they trained their staff well. Glad I got through to corp because this franchise is disgusting!!!!

Terrible service, and seriously, how hard is it to make a sandwich correctly? As a regular customer, whenever I walk in, employees are not attentive, and are often completely unaware that a customer has entered the building. Maybe they don’t care. But it is unacceptable and bad business for employees to be playing around and shooting the sh*t in the back room when customers are waiting for an order. It’s one thing not to greet people, it’s another thing all together to ignore them.
The male sandwich artist with the arm tattoos is doing NOTHING for your business, and should be promptly fired! He is the most inattentive worker in the establishment, does not take the care to make any given sandwich correctly, and has to be reminded of the ingredients SEVERAL times over because he is too busy talking with his coworkers, or just not paying attention to the customer. When I order a footlong to split with my boyfriend, it shouldn’t be only halfway filled with meat and veggies. Employees do not want to do the sidework associated with keeping the sandwich bar stocked, and there are often times where customers are told that an ingredient is unavailable, or their sandwich is just shodily put together. How hard is it to just do the work you’re supposed to do?
Very disappointed. Service has been lacking since this employee has been hired because he brings the rest of the team down, and is never focused at work.
The storefront itself is kept pretty clean, and I’ve often wondered why, in such a busy part of town, that this Subway is so devoid of customers. Now I know, and sadly, I will not be returning. If you don’t want to run your business into the ground, some serious managerial changes must be made… starting with giving some employees the boot.
Absolutely ridiculous. I have never written a google review before today, and I can only hope that the owner will see this and take some executive action. FIX YOUR BUSINESS!
