Placed an online pickup order for 6:40pm. I arrived on time but the order wasn’t ready and I had to wait while two in-store orders were finished. I didn’t mind waiting but the two girls on shift took a while.

When I got home, I realized the order was wrong I received two six-inch sandwiches instead of a footlong and a six-inch. I had to drive back to the store to get it fixed. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake, and I was even asked if I knew which sandwich was which, despite the order being incorrect.

I then had to wait again while the missing portion was made. What should have been a quick online pickup turned into a 40–45 minute ordeal with an extra trip back. Mistakes happen that i understand but the lack of basic customer service and accountability was very disappointing. Staff need better training on online orders and customer service.

Very clean inside, Subways are usually sort of messy when I go for lunch.
Staff was very upbeat and asked me as they built my protein bowl if I had enough sauce, cheese, lettuce, etc. that was a first for Subway!
They also told me I had a $2 off coupon and a free cookie I’m the app that I was unaware of.
The app is paying off and I appreciate them reminding me.
This is the best Subway I have visited to date and will definitely be back on my next visit to Marble Falls.

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this Subway. I showed the employee my BOGO $1 offer on the app, and she told me it would be honored as long as my number was registered. I trusted her and placed my order.

But when I went to pay, another worker refused the offer, saying the first person was new and didn’t know the policy. When I tried to explain calmly, she was extremely rude and even told me to get out throwing the sandwiches on my face after paying. I felt humiliated and disrespected especially since I was just following what their own staff told me.

If I had known, I would’ve simply ordered online. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I hope the management takes this seriously and teaches their staff to handle customers with honesty and respect.

Should’nt have bothered leaving a tip, did a simple online order. Needed two sandwiches toasted. Neither were even warm let alone toasted. Cheese is cold and looked like they just did the worst job they could assembling it. I just don’t get it, if you don’t like your job then go home. Will not be tipping anymore sadly.

I had to return two separate times because my mobile order took over 30 minutes. And when I did finally get it the toasted sandwich was ice cold. Never coming to this location again

Won’t ever be ordering from this subway ever again disrespectful when I asked if they could substitute one of my drinks I ordered and they didnt have the lady rudely say no you’ll get a refund in cash I payed with card why would I want a cash refunded.
