When I got home, I realized the order was wrong I received two six-inch sandwiches instead of a footlong and a six-inch. I had to drive back to the store to get it fixed. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake, and I was even asked if I knew which sandwich was which, despite the order being incorrect.
I then had to wait again while the missing portion was made. What should have been a quick online pickup turned into a 40–45 minute ordeal with an extra trip back. Mistakes happen that i understand but the lack of basic customer service and accountability was very disappointing. Staff need better training on online orders and customer service.
Staff was very upbeat and asked me as they built my protein bowl if I had enough sauce, cheese, lettuce, etc. that was a first for Subway!
They also told me I had a $2 off coupon and a free cookie I’m the app that I was unaware of.
The app is paying off and I appreciate them reminding me.
This is the best Subway I have visited to date and will definitely be back on my next visit to Marble Falls.
But when I went to pay, another worker refused the offer, saying the first person was new and didn’t know the policy. When I tried to explain calmly, she was extremely rude and even told me to get out throwing the sandwiches on my face after paying. I felt humiliated and disrespected especially since I was just following what their own staff told me.
If I had known, I would’ve simply ordered online. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I hope the management takes this seriously and teaches their staff to handle customers with honesty and respect.
