I never go to chain Mexican restaurants..This is hands down one of the best mom and pop authentic Mexican restaurants. The customer service isn’t the best until you’re a familiar face. The wait time can be lengthy. I’ve waited over 30 mins for two tostadas on several different occasions. The food is always worth the wait.

This place has delicious food and most of it is made when you order it. There’s good variety in the menu items making each visit different if you just try something new. Could use better seating though, there’s few tables in this cramped place. Patrons will sit 2 at a 4 person table so large groups have to squish into the 2 person tables. The employees should ask the customers to move to a table more suited for them in this situation. I recommend taking your food to go, avoid the hassle of uncomfortable seating and enjoy your delicious meal.

Food was good but the service was bad. The cashier seemed very nice but the woman beside her kept giving me dirty looks and telling her everything I was interested in was mysteriously out of stock even tho I could see other people with a few of those items. Once my food was up nothing was said to me while I stood there for 10mins then the same woman giving me dirty looks all of the sudden could talk to me “oh this is your food here”. I feel like if it was that much of a problem why work there. Again food was good but the rude service made this my first and last time. There is a better Spanish restaurant with great service on eastway where the food lion and papa John’s is. Just my opinion.
