Was in there tonight they were making online orders and I waited patiently a lady walked in after me they young lady told they boy wait on him he then went and waited on the lady being I was in uniform and didn’t want to make a scene I left if this is how you treat people who patiently wait by overlooking them to wait on someone who just walked into your store it is ridiculous I had to stop in Austin to get something to eat instead of supporting my local community

I would rate this place a zero too. The sandwich I ordered smelled like mildew! It made me nauseous, couldn’t eat it when I took it back the manager gave me indication that she had no intention of reimbursement, they did offer to make me another sandwich but I wasn’t going to order any food from there anymore! We won’t be coming to this Subway location ever again! Oh and also there are a lot of flies! Imagine them being on the food up front yuk! BTW this is the Lockhart Tx location

I just got my order. I paid 11 dollars for a salad and there isn’t lettuce and it is just unappetizing. Horrid! Also learn there is a difference in diced avocado and guacamole!!!

I wish I could do a zero star review for this particular store… Everytime I order something from here it’s always wrong. I get it ubbered to me and the items are either wrong or always missing something. I had to add in capital letters to not forget my stuff and how I wanted my food and they still got it wrong. It sucks to pay for something you really want but never get what you actually spent on.

The staff was way too slow. Only 1 person was making the bread with the meat and taking the cash. The person doing vegetables just stood there and waited till she finished taking money. He did not offer to step in to speed it up. We got ours and finished eating before the people behind us got out.

When we went to order we saw numerous health code violations, like going from the register to handling food without washing hands or changing gloves.
The lady taking my order finished it, but went back to do another order, so my food was cold when it arrived. She tried to charge me for a large soda for a water cup too.
I had ordered the sub of the day but made the mistake of calling it by its number. Even when this was pointed out she would not refund the amount I had been overcharged or give me the cookies that come with it.
Then the lady went and was chatting loudly with the owner about me while I was eating my food 10 feet away. Total disrespect from top to bottom through the entire process. What an absolute joke and disgrace of an experience.

The best subway I’ve been to in a while! The bread was super soft, the veggies were fresh, and it was very well made. It had the perfect amount of toppings and it wasn’t assembled messily. I will definitely be coming back to this Subway!!

Staff lied about someone already picking up food. Said it would be delivered when it was pickup so we had to drive to store twice because staff kept lying about status of order. Order was done incorrectly and missing item. Lastly, there was a paperclip in the sandwich. This is ridiculous!

They had flies all over the fresh deli and veggies.
Looks like nothing has been cleaned in months inside! I’m surprised they don’t get fined from the city!? Not going to start with the workers because at this point who expects anything less.
