Well you would think having an additional subway location would ensure they you could get a sandwich…nope. Once again being impaired seems to be a prerequisite for employment. Service was faster until the sandwich maker lost his knife, down and to the right buddy. I was informed that thus store did not not have ham, what? They could have gone across town and took some the other store would not have noticed.

Never have issues on any subway before, this time come in this location for 3 foot long, I have to pay with $50 because is all I have, the men there he said can’t accept more than $20 dollar bills is the new rule and he was the manager..it was around $35 dollars to pay, I said that is ridiculous , I told him is all I got, so have to cancel my order and he said is fine will give the sandwiches to someone else. I told him ok , never came back here

Hi, Subway. I am very disappointed in what seems to be a nationwide rule to avoid giving customers extra veggies. I don’t eat meat or cheese. Literally, all I ask for is a lot of tomatoes and sometimes some tomatoes or jalapenos. There is even an option on the app to request more tomatoes. The 2 last times I ordered toasted, as well & my sandwiches weren’t toasted. Basically begging to have some extra tomatoes on my tomato sandwich, I got a whole 2 tomato slices per half. 4 total on a foot long. This is extremely disappointing. Can you get rid of this dumb rule, at least for those who order veggie delights? Please

Only order from here if you plan to go in & WATCH them make it. I ordered a Boss with 50% extra protein & some black olives. The sandwich had no extra meatballs or pepperoni. And it was missing black olive entirely. I tried calling them within minutes of picking up my order, but no one answered even though the store had been completely empty of other customers.

The food and service is good but knocking off stars because they never follow mobile instructions (I always ask to have it sliced into three pieces but never happens). They also close too early. They advertized as closing at 10pm but I’ve caught them cleared out and closing up by 9.30pm

I ordered a blt with avocado and they charged me for the avocado but didn’t put it on there. I called the store 6 times before someone picked up the phone and was asked to call back the following day.

Call me old fashioned, but I don’t like it when the guys preparing my food are obviously high! And here’s a bone I have with Subway in general; it happened again – they CANNOT just make one of their sandwiches without asking you over and over what you want on it, even if you say “I want a footlong Philly Steak & Cheese made exactly like the picture.” The employees will look at you like you’re weird, then proceed to ask you what you want on it, repeatedly. All other sandwich chains have a selection of sandwiches you can just order, but Subway seems to be incapable of that. And while I’m venting – why does Subway only offer two sizes – the 6-inch “too small” and the 12-inch “too large”?

How hard is it to read a receipt and make the sandwich that is on the receipt today is the second day in a row that I have ordered off the app and my sandwich has been completely wrong along with my chips and sides if the employees would stop worrying about smoking and conversing and flirting, maybe they would get the orders correct CB I would hope that she would call me and try to fix this as soon as possible. I have all the receipts from my purchases and proof that they got them wrong both times. I’ve tried to call the store 4 to 5 times each time they’ve messed up with no answer. Do y’all yourself a favor and drive to Giddings and go to witch witch they don’t get your sandwiches wrong and they’re 10 times better. If you look at the receipt, you will see that I ordered Italian urban cheese bread and received white bread. That is the second time that has happened and if you can see on my receipt, it says I want the classic lays not the baked

don’t go to the subway! i came to pick up an order & no one was in the front and the door was locked – it was 8pm and they were still open ( open sign was on & they close at 10 )! i called and a boy picked up saying they are open but didn’t unlock the door for me to get my order. instead, he started mopping and ignored me standing up front and knocking … who hired this dude!

I’ve been coming to Subway the majority of my life and I have never had a Subway worker tell me you can’t put more of an item on a sandwich. I even offered to pay extra for the extra amount. I will not be coming back to this subway at all because it is very clear that they are skimpy on their ingredients. No other Subway and I have been to several within the last 2 months has ever told me that I couldn’t have more items on my sandwich. I would never recommend this location ever. I didn’t even enter my rewards because I was just done. And what made it worse is I’m pretty sure the owner was standing right there and didn’t say a damn thing. Skimpy. That’s ridiculous.
