The sandwich and the sandwich makers are doing a great job.
However the owner is cheap because the ice machines have been braking down often.
10/2/25 Now both ice machines are broken giving no option to their customers but to drink hot sodas or buy bottled soda which cost more. Horrific business practice.
It could fall under false advertisement.

Victoria was amazing! The food tasted DELICIOUS and we think it was because of her!! She takes the time to prepare the food with quality. Her customer service was on point, we didn’t need to remind her about the condiments on the side, she always greets us with a pleasant attitude and a smile!

Absolutely love coming to this subway. The girls in the morning are always really nice and helpful. Whoever does the drive thru is extremely patient and helped answer every one of my questions. Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service compared to the garbage on Ruben Torres. (See my review on that location). Jaime (who’s only just started working there) and Lexi both were extremely polite and thorough. I appreciate the customer service they gave my family and I. It’s a rare thing in Brownsville.

Decent food, but service is terrible. Employees look like they don’t know how to even make a sandwich and have bad attitudes. There was only one guy who was actually nice. This subway is usually really great but has actually gotten worse. I guess it’s just new employees since I last came. Wish they would take better consideration in hiring their employees.
Edit: Received an email less than 24 hours after about inconvenience. I’m happy to see that they took notice. Changing rating from 1 to 3 star.
