2nd – We were in town for the Jags/Colts game this past weekend and stayed Dec 26th-Dec 28th and we ate there for dinner all three nights. The food (specifically the pizza) are SO good. The Beez Neez pizza was recommended by Angel and it did not disappoint. We got a few other pizzas and they too, were delicious. Their hummus and veggie platter was a favorite of mine. Their drinks were unique, yummy and strong.
From what I understand they have only been open a year so the place wasnt overly busy when we visited but once the word gets out, they will be! Fun decor, bar was visually attractive and they have a nice seating area outdoors. The weather was not in our favor to sit outside but it looked inviting.
Go see Angel! Tell her Heather from Jacksonville (Jags fan) sent you!
Thank you for the wonderful food and the fun experience! I also made a new friend (Angel).
When in Indy, we will be sure to come back!
Our server, Nicole, was fantastic — attentive without hovering, knowledgeable, and spot-on with her recommendations. She really set the tone for lunch, and delivered exactly what I expect from a Cunningham Restaurant Group experience.
What really stood out was the management. The manager didn’t just do a quick table touch — he genuinely interacted with us and took time to engage with my son, which added an extra, thoughtful touch that doesn’t go unnoticed as a parent.
We were warmly greeted when we arrived and when we left, which is one of the most important details for me and something too many places overlook.
Overall, a great meal, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We absolutely recommend Shindig and will definitely be back.
Thanks again, Nicole, for a great experience!
Came at around 4 PM on a Sunday and they weren’t that busy so we managed to get a table. Our waitress was really nice and attentive to our table. We started with the breadsticks and Korean Fried Chicken Wings as appetizers. Both were great! The breadsticks were baked fresh and the wings were crispy and super delish!
I got the Butcher’s Pie as my entree. Overall, it was good! The toppings were seasoned great though the crust was a bit floppy and didn’t hold well together. The sauce that they add a drizzle of also left a weird aftertaste. Other than that, the rest of it was good.
Overall, if you find yourself in this part of Indy, Shin Dig is a great addition to this slowly evolving district. I’ll be back.
