The app said my food would be ready at 7:45 when i placed the order at 7:25. I got here at 7:50 and the guy with the man bun working the front said he “barely got the order” and now it is 7:55 and i have to wait for them to still make my food? what is the point of the app then? even the app said my food was done when it wasn’t. it was also grimey inside, worst subway location i’ve probably visited

Came in at 9:30 and they were packing up everything which is fine.. i work customer service so i totally understand being prepared to get out of there when it’s closing time. They close at 11 so i didn’t feel too bad going in at 9:30. With that being said they made me feel extremely guilty for even stepping foot in the place. They wouldn’t talk to me, were very quiet. I asked for mozzarella cheese at first but was mistaking it for provolone cheese so i asked what other white cheese they had and they told me that was all they had. I told them i swore they had another one but maybe they got rid of it and he answered they had provolone but he whispered it then quickly put 1 1/2 pieces of cheese on there and asked what else i wanted and when it came time to put mayo on my sandwich i asked him if he could put a little bit more and i was sorry (pretty much for the inconvenience) but he quickly rolled up my sandwich and asked if i wanted a combo. I actually did want a combo i wanted a soup and cookies for my kids but since they clearly wanted me out of there i just said no and left. My sandwich is so sad and I’ve been wanting this all week because I’ve been sick but couldn’t find the time to make it over there until i got out of work.

I even asked if they were ready to get out of there making a joke out of it and the guy looked at me and said yeah and rolled his eyes.

I understand having a bad day but my good day was ruined and i paid money for disappointing sandwich.

Love the variety of sandwiches!! Always fresh!! I gave 3 stars because the last time I was there I saw a worker with her hair in the front hanging over the veggies.Gross!!! I’m glad she wasn’t doing my sandwich.A long hair must of fallen for sure.She is suppose to have it back within the hairnet.Overall besides that it’s good.

I went in at 9 on july 11th, 2024 and this guy with long hair(didnt have a nametag) was with his airpods and couldnt hear me and screamed at me, “mind speaking up a bit”. Like take ur airpod off, as someone who works customer service that is an unacceptable way to speak to a customer

I like to get salads at Subway. They chop the ingredients and mix everything in a large bowl before putting it in the serving bowl. Only this time they didn’t. The bowl was filled to the brink when I reminded him to chop and mix it. He said the owner told them not to do it anymore. I was more than a little upset knowing I would make mess trying to eat the salad. So I asked for a second bowl, figuring I could make do by mixing it between the two. But no, his manager said they couldn’t give away extra bowls. So, I paid $7.04 for a salad I didn’t want, and uneaten, it hit the trash before the left the building.

You don’t make changes to what people are used to without notifying them before you’ve started making the food. There should have been signs AND the young man should have said something before he even started making the salad to verify it was what I wanted.

Love the meat ball sub with everything on it, including the jalapeños. It has one of the healthiest menus around which includes the 5 food groups: meat, veggies, grain, dairy and fruit (if you order an apple or fruit juice.
