Had a horrible experience. Got the wrong pizza with my order and called in only to get told I could drive to pick up a new one or there was nothing else that could be done. The manager offered a 2
$25 dollar voucher that was only good for 30 days at this location only. As a traveler I won’t be around in the next 30 days, so there was nothing further they can do. Just an overall disappointing experience.

Food was good! The service was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere, Our server was rude she didn’t offer us drinks we had to get up and get our own plates waited for silverware.. had to get up multiple times to ask for stuff she never checked on us. I had to ask for the check. I worked as a server and bartender all my life and I have never been treated so shitty.

This particular location has impressed me. Whoever made my pizza needs a raise. As perfect as a pizza can be. The boneless wings were also properly sauced which is uncommon. The crew obviously cares about the quality of their product. They also gave me a cup that was requested in the notes which is a huge bonus.

The restaurant is constantly over 30 minutes late for delivery orders and it is a very negative experience trying to order anything for delivery with this place. Extra toppings are too expensive, especially their wings and even their pizza. It is very disappointing GR only has this and Dominos to offer for pizza or even for some dinner options.

I get it these reviews are based on the employees. As of now those employees and managers are on point. Places like this have turnover constantly, but as of now I’ll give Pizza Hut 4 stars because my orders have been on point. Tell me a month from now but as of now I’ll give them great service. I’m a month to month person so I’ll edit this review constantly. All I can say is keep up the great work for the current manager because you exceed my personal expectation.
Do not dine in unless you want to pay double or triple from an online order. There is no more pizza buffet currently and you get better deals to order online and pick it up or get it delivered. Paid $30 for two personal pan pizzas and two orders of wings and a small soda lol. Not worth it to order from inside the store but that’s my opinion
