How can you serve brown tuna? Ordered curbside a tuna sandwich and not sure what to call the 2nd sandwich. Took them back and was told rudely that this is how we make them here. Horrible customer services they would not remake them. When back home straight to the trash they went.

I only eat one sandwich at subway and tell sandwich maker said we can’t serve tuna due to the spoon being dirty . I ask if he go quickly wash it that I don’t mind waiting but he said he couldn’t . I’d rather drive to a different store from now on . never seen such a lazy worker while there is an elderly worker cleaning the whole lobby by herself . Very shameful. Today’s youth is lazy and unprofessional . Do better !!

Ordered in the app for pick up. Ordered a meatball sub with extra meatballs, black olives, provolone cheese, and extra parmesan cheese toasted. The ends/edges of my bread were very hard & couldn’t be chewed. I did not get any extra meatballs like I paid for, had only 1 slice of provolone & hardly any black olives or parmesan. My coworker ordered the churro along with her sandwich. She said the churro tasted “freezer burnt” was not crispy like she expected and barely had any cinnamon/sugar coating on it. I definitely will not be ordering from this location again.

Ordered but never received it. Went to pick it up and was told they could not give it to me. They refused to refund my money . Will not answer the phone. They are rude , and the store smelled like rotten fish. Do NOT GO THERE.

Giving it 2 stars because I placed an online order. Said it was going to be about 15 minutes. I go pick it up and its not ready. According to the employees, the manager said that they need to make orders that are taking place inside the restaurant first. So I had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes for my order. Its as if online orders are not as important. I had already paid for my food online. The 2 employees were nice though and let them know that I understood that they are just following the manager’s order. If I knew that’s how they treat online orders them I would just stand in line (which I had to do anyway) and wait…
It defeats the purpose of online ordering.

Online order was done incorrectly, and employees did not make it right. They called the manager, who said to come in the following day to discuss this. Receipt showed how I ordered it, but the employees continued to argue, while the manager was still on the phone. Poor management, and incompetent employees. I refuse to ever use this location AGAIN! Worst experience ever!

One downfall of this Subway is the constant rotation of new employees. However, even with having to be patient with an employee who is learning, there is usually someone there who knows what they’re doing. We come here for lunch every Sunday and Lexi always makes sure things are right for us. Food is as fresh as you can get from a Subway. Store is always clean and they rarely run out of anything. You can trust to have a good experience most any time you visit here, as long as you have a little patience and aren’t in a rush (or watch what’s being made and learn to speak up).

To anyone in law enforcement don’t ever do an online order at this place or make sure you use a fake name when ordering online.
Ordered 4 sandwiches and all 4 were purposefully wrong. Later found out who was working and it was done on purpose. All 4 sandwiches had only meat, 3 cucumber slices and mayo. Since this order was for my children I threw the food away to be safe.
We will no longer be going to this Subway.

The 2 sandwiches i bought tonight cost alittle over 20 dollars. They were the worse sandwiches i have ever bought at subway and i have bought alot. From now on i will buy stuff at HEB and make my own sandwiches. No one said thank you , come again or anything. Poor poor customer service. BTW, i had to tell the kid to put more roast beef on the one sandwich.
