The two ladies working were a great team ! When one was working on a to-go order and my sammich, the other was loading fresh bread then jumping in on the register. Then back to another to-go order ! They did a great job with several people in & out ! Their boss needs to reward them both !
God Bless you, ladies !!!

Waited 2 hours in store for an online order. Management needs to get workers help or find some people who can handle the pace. Just a little ridiculous

I came today from a softball tournament down the street(I live in San Antonio), I walk in and the line is so long. I noticed an elderly lady as the only worker. Kept apologizing multiple times to everyone and mentioned someone should be in at 3pm but she was not sure. I left at 2:53pm and no1 was there with her. I a plod her so much! For working alone, being elderly and also unfortunately struggling a bit with her hands but she did the work amazingly! Never once complained! I didn’t get her name but I hope she gets some sort of recognition and hopefully next time a worker shows up earlier!

The absolute worst subway I’ve ever been to. They take FOREVER. We normally place an order ahead of time for pick up and we’ve waited over 40 mins. The app says our order is ready. We go in, and they haven’t even started it yet. In fact, they’re skipping all of the online orders and are continuing to take in person orders. This happens often and they’re the only subway in Portland… so we have no other choice to come here. Zero hustle, zero care.

Food was good. It was pretty busy and the staff was working hard and were clearly doing the best they could to get orders out quickly. They were also nice. Overall everytime Ive come it’s been a good experience, will be back again

Took 26 minutes to get 5 customers in front of me done. This place is unbearably slow. My last time here. This isn’t the first time.

First, I do not know what takes priority, online orders or the people inside ordering. I watched, for 10 minutes, 2 employees making online orders and not helping physical customers at the store. There was, at one time, 7-8 customers in line. If online orders take priority, do NOT order in the store. Needless to say, I walked out and went to a different restaurant.

What’s the use of having a phone number, if you don’t answer the damn thing.

If you go in the evening, it’s like playing a game of Russian roulette with their Sandwich Artists attitudes. The last four times we’ve gone, only one artist was polite and had a well mannered etiquette. The food quality is still great although if you want bread choices you can expect to have one or two options since they are always out.

The last few times I’ve been in there, they have been out of bread. Doesn’t matter what time of day either. Not even out of a certain type, out of bread completely! How do you have a sub shop and can’t keep enough bread? How do you stay in business? Very frustrating! Other than that, the staff is usually friendly and the subs are good when there is bread.
