We were there the day this location opened — and yep, it’s still holding strong. It’s rare to see a place that starts off with great service and manages to keep it consistent, but somehow, Jersey Mike’s pulled it off. Fresh ingredients, fast counter staff, and no awkward “sorry we’re out of that” moments (you know who you are, other sandwich chains).
My go-to is the #13 Mike’s Way (because let’s be real, why mess with perfection?), and Steve swears by whatever sub has the most meat and the least lettuce. The bread always feels fresh, the veggies are crisp, and they don’t drown the sandwich in oil unless you ask for it — which I do, obviously.
They know what they’re doing, and it shows. Is it gourmet? No. Is it reliable, tasty, and doesn’t leave you regretting your dinner choices? Absolutely.

Our school orders subs for our football team here every week. When I go to pick up the subs, they always have them ready on time, and they help me carry them to my car. The staff is so nice and helpful! Very impressed with this Jersey Mike’s!

Ordered the chicken Philly. It was totally gross. All you could taste was salt. You couldn’t taste the onions. You can’t taste the peppers. You can’t taste the chicken. All you taste is cheese and salt. Throw it out and I thought this was supposed to be a premium sub shop. No way in hell

Probably won’t ever get a cheesesteak from here again. They changed something about their meat and it was… spongy. Disappointed as this was the only place that came anywhere close to a Philly cheesesteak outside of Philly and in close proximity to our house. Hubby got a turkey sub and was happy with it, otherwise this would be a two star review.

My experience at this location so far has been amazing. Especially on the night of the Elton john concert. EVERYONE was hustling and doing a fantastic job despite how busy it was. I hope I get the spelling correct but ceasar was doing exceptional service. Working fast, taking to the customers, keeping the staff on point. Greet job! Food was delicious! Try the chicken steak subs!

I got a giant sub with olive oil I didn’t ask for (thanks for the exactly 3 napkins to handle all that by the way), no chips, no drink.

I did a catering order for our team at Horizon High School. Everything we ordered was provided, nothing missing or incorrect. Easy to pick up the order and the kids loved their food. Our family is also a regular at this new location. Staff is always friendly and makes delicious subs. We often use the app for pre-order, which is easy to use and our food is always ready for us to pick up. In fact, we are picking up dinner tonight!
