I just stopped at this restaurant. It’s clean even the restrooms are clean. The people are very nice. There were a young man and a a young woman and they were very respectful. Food tasted fresh and delicious. Mmmm I don’t understand why this place have such a low rating. I have graded many places and this is a nice place. Other than the fact that they were not offering honey oat bread, the place is great!

Stopped by at 4:10pm on 12/31/23. Door was opened but girl behind counter told us they were closed. While leaving, we saw another employee being dropped off whose parents told us he was being dropped off for his shift and that the restaurant should be open and for us to go back inside as he should be able to serve us. We went back in and same girl behind the counter insisted they were closed and couldn’t help… Why would you have 2 people “working” but have a “closed” restaurant? Laziness and milking the clock.

This may be the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Some days they only take cash, this last time they put a Post-it note on the front door that said cash only. They let you build your entire sandwich and then at the end when you pull out your car tell you it’s cash only. There’s no sign Except for the Post-it note on the other side of the glass at the front door right next to all the pandemic, mask requirement signs that no one reads. The meat at this location taste pretty strange as well. Sometimes they don’t even have stuff.
This time they didn’t even have bags for the sandwiches . Keep on driving .

Im in Hebbronville working. I get subway coupons in the mailbox at the rv park. Only subway in this town. Well guess what. They dont take the coupons. Think they need to tell the post office quit handing them out. Think that is complete bullcrap.

The guy at the counter didn’t know that you could get cookies OR chips with your combo. I asked him for 2 cookies and he rang it up separately. I asked him why and he said “Because you said chips (which I never said) and I already rang it up with chips.” He doesn’t understand the basics of the combos, and I was honestly pretty irritated at getting charged extra for something so stupid. Other than that, the woman that made my sub was extremely polite.

Can’t beat Subway for a quick and delicious sandwich.
I used the Subway app to pre-order my sandwich and take advantage of the Buy One Footlong / Get One 1/2 Off.
As a Professional Truck Driver, I see a Subway shop at a good portion of Love’s Travel Stops, but unfortunately Love’s corporate team decided that the Subway app promotions are not financially beneficial to Love’s thus the app cannot be used by Truck Drivers when visiting a Love’s Travel Stop.
