We absolutely love this Jersey Mike’s and always come here to this location specifically because their staff is fantastic! They never slow down at this location; we are amazed by their efficiency especially during the busy lunch rush at this store. The staff attentively and kindly confirms the selections along with making sure it’s truly the way we want for our sandwich order. They are upbeat and positive even as other guests look on with restlessness! The line does get long though we are impressed by the way they handle the congestion and still provide high quality service with fresh ingredients. There is a reason this location is so busy and popular, the staff make the difference!

When this location opened it was awesome for the past year I have been going. Now when I go I expect something to be wrong with my sub so I won’t be disappointed. Today I got the club sub, which is turkey, ham, provolone and bacon. There is literally one thin slice of turkey on my sandwich and then 4 slices of ham, my sandwich from here used to be thick and now its not worth spending almost $12 on a mid sub that used to be fantastic.

It’s a shame what has happened to this location. When it first opened, it was great and now I’m not sure why I keep coming back. Today I placed my online order at 10:13 for pick up at 11:30. The order wasn’t ready until 12:07 PM. The only reason my order was ready is because I told them I wanted to cancel due to not being able to wait any longer. All of a sudden they were able to make my order. There were a lot of people waiting, and the place was truly unorganized.
The bowl I received barely has any lettuce or toppings. If I wasn’t on my lunch break, I would go back and return it.

What is it about EVERY Jersey Mike’s?
Consistently behind. If the order is supposed to be ready at 12:30 don’t expect to get your food before 1:00.
Whether it’s understaffed or under managed this place needs help.
No reason for the app and door dash to report food will be ready a half hour before you’re able to get it out. 1 person on pick up orders is insufficient and a reckless and poor management decision. Meanwhile people working on in store Sandwhich orders stand around waiting for orders. Seems dysfunctional and needs a reality check.

Great subs but I am tired of asking to tip when we check out. Can’t they pay there employees a fair wage to do there job. I am a independent contractor and I do excellent work. I can’t imagine when I present a customer with the final bill at the bottom it said tip 10 percent 15 percent 20 percent or other. Tipping has got out of hand. This is not a restaurant where I have a server waiting on me.

We ordered from Door Dash. We received 2 sandwiches, double my husband’s sandwich, not mine. So I called them and since it was a 3rd party (Door Dash), they could not make it right. I did place a compliant with Door Dash and got refunded, but had to eat a frozen burrito instead. The person my husband talked to was very apologetic, but buyers beware if you are ordering from Door Dash, you will not get to eat if your order is wrong!

80% of the time that I order – it’s wrong. I order online mostly, the sandwich has its ingredients listed online. So I only put add ons in the special instructions. If I order extra meat and don’t get it I’m told by the employees I need to put it in the special instruction. Shouldn’t you see it? If the sandwich comes with lettuce and I order a bowl, I don’t get lettuce and told I’m suppose to put it in the special instructions. Like what? Oh and if I toggle no cheese (because I’m allergic) sometimes I get the sandwich without BUT if I get the sandwich with cheese I’m told to put in the special instruction? So I guess if anyone’s order online I would just put how you want your sandwich COMPLETELY in the instruction section since that sounds like the only way your sandwich will be correct in this location, I’ve gone to other locations and have NEVER had a problem with my online order

I’ve never had any problems here. They are usually on top of it. The staff is always very friendly and they seem to pay attention to the order. Also, if you’re getting to go there pretty good at not messing up your order and having it ready when you come in to pick it up, which is very important for people on the tight time schedule.
