Friendly staff.. quick service but I was a bit thrown off by the cleanliness after I paid we got drinks and there wasn’t tops on the teas. I was worried about dust and bugs as flies are pretty bad right now. Also the fountain drink machine was very dirty and stick and was holding very questionable fluid in the tray…. from a glance everything else seems to be pretty clean so if this were to be address I would definitely update my review

The store was very clean and service was fast. Food was delicious. I have been disappointed before due to bread selections. I really don’t care for the breads now. I had Artisan last time and I didn’t care for my selection this time. I always liked Honey Oat before. But there wasn’t even plain wheat. That’s why I only gave 4 stars.

The remodeling did no good. The place looks like a learning center. Plain and cold.. so not welcoming or comfortable. The soups were like play dough they were so thick from just sitting there, even after a good stir I wouldn’t want that top layer in my serving at all. To my surprise the actual sandwich station was a mess. They were not busy.. there was 2 employees yet there was crumbs and soggy trimmings all on the prep area and in the food section. The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because the new agua frescas they offer are amazing. Other than that everything was a hard fail. Oh and since when did they switch to saltine crackers instead of the club crackers?? Not a fan of the change

Serving soup in styrofoam. AKA a major carcinogen. Subway has approved and assigned what they want their soup served out of for a reason. The question is why are they going around corporates policies, rules and regulations? The manager was extremely rude and she stated “this is all I have”. I said but it’s poison and again she stated “it’s all I have” in an unfriendly manner. I said thank you she said nothing after giving me my refund. I’d call this extremely fraudulent. Styrene is the chemical component that causes blood cancer and other types of cancer and that is what styrofoam is made of. I will attach photos on the map. I will also be contacting corporate about this owner cutting corners and the rude management. The sad thing is, most people don’t even know about the harmful effects of Styrofoam especially when exposed to heat. Styrene and benzene literally Leach onto the food causing a detrimental health hazard. I will be contacting corporate about this particular location.

Went there to pick up dinner this evening. I got my order that they gave me with no problem, yet they wouldn’t accept the change that I gave them. Subway is literally a national brand, but yet they don’t make enough business to accept anything over a $20.

Stopped to get sandwich at 6pm and they were out of all bread !! How does a sandwich shop that bakes own bread run out of bread !! Poor management ! They still had 4 hours to go.. no offer on when they would have more or coupon for my inconvenience
