Great deals and best chainstore pizza and cheese bread. Very friendly and family-owned. They Always give my son something Free whether it’s chips or Skittles or cookies or all three. Love this place. I wrote a review less than a year ago and everything’s remain the same. They are amazing.

The woman working the counter was kind enough. I went in to place my order while I waited for my friend to finish shopping next door. On the TV screen menu, it said large pizza -$12.99. Cool. Ordered 1 large, 2 topping pizza. Price came to $19.05. I asked how that was possible. She then just points to a tiny, handwritten sign that said “Menu prices have changed.” Ummm. Then change your TV menu sign. A $6 jump is quiet the increase. Oh well, if it’s good, then it’s worth it. But that leads to the next in problem, the pizza was pretty bland unfortunately. Really no flavor. I can get much more flavorful pizza for way better prices at almost any other pizza chain.

After finishing school at Oakland university I went and visited papa Romano’s to grab an XXL pizza for me and my family the food was served fast and was very hot when i got home I was able to still eat it hot without it getting cooled down during the way but most importantly most times my stomach hurts when getting pizza from some places especially Little Caesars but not only was the food delicious but I’m super happy that it didn’t bug my stomach in any way and make it hurt I’m definitely coming back again to this place for more pizza but also for those pita sandwiches!!

They have new owners and are very awesome people. Everybody there is always so nice when we come in and they even gave my son free things sometimes! I love coming here and we come once a week! They are just so friendly! And great food quality!

Cant even begin to express my astonishment at our experience here yesterday. Took my 94 year old Dad to pick up a pizza. He had a $50 gift card I personally purchased him for his Birthday to use. So that’s what we took with us. Well the 2 workers there (an older couple) had no idea how to use it and had to make numerous phone calls to ask how to do it…with no success. They were arguing with one another in front of us and the woman was blatantly saying it was our problem, not theirs. The gentleman was really trying to help, but again to no avail. This went on for at least 15 -20 minutes, while the pizza sat there on the counter getting cold. Again we had no other means to pay being that we planned to use the gift card. Finally my Dad just asked for the gift card back, knowing that I had to be on my way to pick my son up. They simply told me to go to the location I purchased it at and have them deal with it. Wasted 45 + minutes between ordering, driving and dealing with them not knowing how to use the gift card. No apologies, nothing. And I’m no business owner, but IMO good customer service would tell me to offer my customer the pizza (that was most likely going to go in the trash), to compensate for the time and inconvenience, hoping I wouldn’t lose them a a customer. Nope.. Nothing!!!

This Papa Romano’s is one of the best Around!!! They have been in business for years and I’ve never had an issue with the staff or the food. The pizzas are always cooked and topping shortages have never been an issue. Not only that but their wings and subs have also been excellent in flavor. I love getting the heart shaped pizzas here on Valentine’s just cause it always seems like they put a little extra cheese on them.. It’s a little tricky to get into the parking plaza due to it being off of Rochester Rd. and we all know how busy that road is but if your looking at other papa Romano’s and trying to decide if you should visit one over another based on rating, stop at this one and thank me later.
