tonight i came to get my usual sandwich, it was around 9:15. as i was walking to the door the man working locked it and walked to the back. i assumed he was using the restroom so i didn’t mind. around 9:47 we made eye contact multiple times and still the door was locked. when he finally opened the door he claimed to have never seen me and was extremely rude. if i got his name correct, his name was keddrick. he was muttering under his breath while i ordered my sandwich and at the register clearly said, “jesus christ” and started laughing. it’s not like i ordered the whole menu. i’m confused as to why this is allowed. this store doesn’t close until 11pm and the service was beyond terrible. i love the people here, like randal, i would love to see something done about this because it was just beyond disrespectful. in the photo i attached to this review, it’s him blatantly ignoring me after i had knocked and after at least 3 separate times of us making eye contact.

This was my first time here and I got the most poorly assembled sandwich I’ve ever had. I opened up the footlong from the wrapper and the bread was so deformed and it wasn’t wide enough for the contents that I couldn’t even eat the sandwich. I’ve never had any other sandwich place present such a disaster before. Barely any meat too. I feel this particular loaf of bread should have been tossed or they deformed it quite a bit while wrapping it. It was like I only got 1 side of bread. Management should quality check some sandwiches at random, you are losing customers because of this.

Kay was extremely helpful and made our sandwiches quickly. Despite being by herself she did amazing. Unlike the location at the rim that has 2 workers and closes their doors an hour earlier than closing.

Not usually one to give bad reviews but if a location decides to change it’s hours of operations (not a big deal) the correct thing to do is change your signs and update your hours on Google.

I showed up a few minutes last 9:30 PM tonight and the sign said “open,” the printed sign on the door says it’s open until 10 PM, Google says they close at 10 PM… but alas, location was already closed.

Save your time people, try a different sandwich place. Last time we got subs here anyways they weren’t even correct but decided to go back since no one place is perfect and I Subways didn’t always give me trouble at my old town

I did the 699 footlong special and made it a meal. I ordered the sweet onion chicken sandwich. I asked for provolone cheese I got no cheese. I asked for it to be toasted it was not. I asked for extra onion lettuce and tomato there was very little. I asked for no extra sweet onion chicken teriyaki sauce. But the mustard and the oil a little bit of those did not happen. Not to mention they do not have any Pepsi products and their Fountain drinks I have been trying to call the store and they do not pick up. When I got there nobody but one worker was there. The sweet tea was out. And from what I could see there was no reason for anything to be out. As he was sitting at a table not busy I am very disappointed in my sandwich it is too Saucy to spicy and again it did not have half the amount of provolone cheese. I don’t like the fact you guys are doubling cheese. I know that’s a preference, but we shouldn’t be charged for extra cheese when we don’t want it. And on top of that I got no cheese and again it wasn’t even toasted

Place is dirty. Employee was on break, came to make my food and didn’t wash hands then put on gloves. Went back to grab his drink from the table with the same gloves and proceeded to make the rest of the sub.
If you are looking for a decent clean subway this one is not for you.

My husband and I had a great experience. We ordered our food while 4 or 5 women employees worked diligently on a huge order for what looked like a company meeting. It was a lot, but while they worked on the huge order, they treated their regular employees with kindness, courtesy, and a smile, which is rare nowaday. I highly commend these women not only watching them work together but also acknowledging each customer with a greeting. To me, that goes a long way. Our food was delicious, the atmosphere was awesome. I just want to thank them for their dedication to excellent service, all of the women there.

Went today was helped by a lovely lady. She was informative, very helpful. I was starting a “diet” and she recommended a good healthy option for me. I’m most definitely will be returning. She had a customer walk in, I loved that I didn’t feel rushed out.
