Sandwich was put together very sloppily and for some reason the soda machine here is always down. They only had tea, which would have been fine if they hadn’t run out of ice as well.

Good place to go and get a late night sandwich. The bread was still pretty fresh and roast beef tasted great. Staff wasn’t all that friendly, wasn’t greeted and wasn’t even engaging with me just was looking at me waiting for me to ask what I wanted on the sandwich. Worst part I think he was the manager. A line started up and had at least 3 people waiting and his other associate was in the back and finally decided to come and help after 10 minutes. Also got other sandwiches, got tuna and literally only put 2 scoops and spread it thin. Looked like it was just bread with cheese. If he added more then it would be a extra charge. I do like the rewards system if you collect enough tokens you get $2 off coupons and they add up pretty quick, also get some extra coupons. This location was ok had pretty much everything in stock except some hot chips.

The restaurant is very spacious with modern finishes, good food, the option of being open late, with a kiosk to order by oneself, but the employees are not enthusiastic or show a smile . Otherwise they were annoyed to attend to the customers they looked at me that. I was waiting for attend me and they made me wait 5 minutes to take my order, also the dinner room looked at unattended. Remember that 50% of a business is successful is the staff that attends customers, my 3 stars are for the restaurant not for the service

Service was terrible no smile’s or thank you for coming in. If you took a min or two to decide what you wanted there was looks and noises made like ” Hurry the Hell up”. If your not happy at your low paying job then seek employment else where. Food service is about making ppl and there customers happy.
