I love eating Subway, however.. they are up selling customers. In order to receive awards for their weekly sales, they use tactics like automatically charging the customer for a large drink when you ask for the combo.. every employee repeatedly offers you to double your meat, and add extras. When I asked to get a medium soda Bert, one the employees, told me that it was only a few cents extra, trying to embarrass me. I replied that to me it is important it budget properly. Otherwise the experience was good. The food tasted fresh and the customer service other than that was good.

This is by far the worse Subway I’ve been to. They seem to be out of everything most of the time. Staff use to be decent but these new sandwich makers are so rude especially the lil sweet guy his attitude is just raw. I definitely would expect more of him. We go here for lunch cause it is close to work. I think we will start going to the one on Foster from now on.

Much nicer than anticipated. Great food and a wonderful romantic atmosphere. The wait staff was very attentive. Holding my retirement party there. Best filet I’ve had in years.

Despite being completely understaffed, the ONE employee on duty, Tyler, performed exceptionally well. He kept the line moving while handling many customers simultaneously. Sure it took a little longer than normal, but my sub was fresh, correct, and inexpensive. For being overwhelmed, Tyler maintained a cool head and professionalism I wish I saw in more employees. Great job!

The last time we went to this subway, the girl working had tried to charge us for double meat, and her attitude was less than satisfactory, to say the least. This time, the same girl started out our sandwiches, and told us we had double meat on one sandwich (we didn’t) and then the manager, I believe his name was Ronald, took over for her and made our sandwiches. He was so nice and even told us how nice we were to him, and said that there’s a lot of customers that are rude to him and make him “want to shoot himself.” We told him how the girl working before him had charged us for double meat, and he then got angry , his attitude COMPLETELY changed, and he told us not to “downgrade his employees to his face.” We were so dumbfounded that we just told him we didn’t want the food anymore, let him know we were going to call, and left. He was screaming his employee number at us as we were walking out the door. Ruined our appetites and the experience overall. But I guess I shouldn’t expect for someone who works at subway to be professional.
