I’ve ordered the same drink here so many times it should know me by name… and yet it tastes like a brand new mystery every visit. Is it going to be amazing? Too sweet? Weirdly bitter? Who knows. Dunkin roulette is real. When it’s good, it’s GOOD. Just wish it was the same good every time.

Worst customer service. Brought my 2 kids (aged 7). They wanted to pick out their donuts. Waited 10mins for someone to take our order. (My daughter wanted a pink frosted headlight). 2 workers working behind the counter never greeted id or acknowledged us. They advised to use the kiosk or use the app. I used the app, my coffee came right out and we waited another 10 minutes. I dreaded going up to the counter to ask for my kids donuts, but I did and asked for pink frosted and she gave me green. It’s too bad computers take over from the personal customer service experience. The DD location is super unfriendly. I would recommend going somewhere else. There were 8 (EIGHT) people working!!

The last two times that I have placed a mobile order to this location, I have left without my order. The first time due to being told “she probably threw your order receipt out” and not being extended the offer or having the time to have the food made and the second because I needed to leave to not be late for an appointment after waiting 10 minutes in the lobby for an order that was placed about 12 minutes prior to arrival. Both times all order receipts were piled on the counter with no rhyme or reason and the person behind the counter was out of their depth as at least 8 people waited in the lobby.

I am absolutely disgusted with the experience I had this morning. The manager in duty should really work on her people skills & learn how to speak in a respectful manner to her employees. I heard said manager say she was going to write employees up, she also stated whoever created on the go should die. I politely asked an employee to see if she had my ticket as I had been waiting for 10 mins, and people in line who had ordered after me got their food.. her response ‘if she’s asking about food I have all these tickets’ didn’t even let the poor girl speak to her. Disgusting, the manager and the owner of this store should be ashamed of themselves for representing themselves this way and allowing employees and customers to be treated that way.

I received a free beverage. I went to the 2244 Downer street location, thru the drive-thru, at 4:43pm on Memorial Day, May 31, 2021.
I started my order saying I want a large Frozen Chai Latte.
I was asked if I wanted it sweetened or unsweetened vanilla, which confused me, frozen chai comes sweetened.
The below picture is Not a frozen chai latte.
I parked and went inside to say this was not a frozen chai.
I was told both girls heard ‘iced. The girl who took my order gave attitude.
I also did not receive a receipt.
I will not be returning to this location again.

Sadly, we had about a half hour between my mom’s burial and her memorial service..where to go on a gloomy central New York Thursday? Dunkin’ was perfect. Those of us who were hungry could have a croissant and eggs or avocado toast (it was tasty!). Others could opt for some munchkins and coffee. We took up four consecutive booths and it was so relaxing! Thanks Dunkin’!

To start off by saying I NEVER leave reviews. I myself also work in customer service. If it happened once or twice I wouldn’t say anything. But the fact this has happened every single time I’ve gone to this location, it needs to be said. This franchise needs some assistance with either hiring more staff, or changing their priorities in service. They should cut off mobile orders in the mornings because that seems to be their sole focus. The drive through takes at LEAST 15 minutes on a good day. Then going inside to the normal line? Forget about it. You’re going to wait for at least another 10 minutes until someone even acknowledges you in line. All that waiting just for 5 munchkins. 5 munchkins. Unfortunately this location is losing yet another customer. Disappointed.
