Very efficient staff, even when it’s busy! They kept it moving swiftly. I haven’t been since before the remodel, but this visit was above and beyond and much smoother than many other branches in the City. Thank you!

I came in today and ordered a foot long meal. The employee that helped me her name was Paciencia, she was very respectful and helpful. I noticed a rude customer and i made sure to pay attention how to reacted to the situation. I will say she is a very respectful and definitely handled the situation to the best of her ability. I am a long-time Subway customer and was really disappointed with my recent visit to this location. The service I received was not up to the standards I’ve experienced in the past, and I feel there is a significant difference in service compared to a decade ago.
The worker who assisted me seemed to lack sufficient knowledge on how to properly prepare the food. Additionally, the customer service was an issue; the treatment was not respectful, and also there was an issue with what I received versus what I was charged.
I don’t want to judge the entire brand, but I hope this feedback helps the owner or corporation address the service and training issues at this specific store. Providing proper training on both food preparation and customer interaction is crucial for business success. I have my transaction number and hope management will review the camera footage to look into the service and the specifics of my order.
