Wasn’t in the mood to cook today, figured I’d go grab something quick from subway. I chose a Buffalo CHICKEN sandwich…. either I don’t get out much and this is the new “chicken” or someone there doesn’t know how to make a sandwich. Won’t be going there again, not even to fix the sandwich. They also added my cold drink to the bag with my hot sandwich and just substituted my cookies for something other than what I ordered without even telling me anything. Fortunately, I asked about it, otherwise I never would’ve known. The cookies are not a big deal, but the sandwich is. CHECK YOUR SANDWICHES IF YOU’RE DOING A PICK UP ORDER

This is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been in. The only reason I’ve gone back in is because it’s right next to my work but I regret it every single time. The service is absolutely horrible. I just had a high school kid pile everything into the middle of the wrap I ordered and not even wrap it up or cut it. It was a mess that spilled everywhere as soon as I opened it. The cashier who made my sandwich sighed and rolled her eyes after every ingredient and intentionally smashed my chips as she was grabbing them to ring them up. This is not the first time I’ve had horrible service here. Also good luck getting anything you want because they never have any meat in stock. This Subway is absolute trash

They don’t even bother to call saying they don’t have certain items. Had more than 3 types of veggies missing and no bacon that I paid extra for. This time they forgot the tuna on the sandwich?? The meat itself!? Waste of money and time. Don’t bother ordering online..Stick to the Subways near the highways here.

Not clean at all. Customer service was horrible. Used the same gloves to make my sandwich as my husband’s. This is even after I told him, I’m allergic to fish. My husband got a tuna sandwich. The employees were eating behind the counter as well. I have worked at a subway and I know that everything they were doing could get them shut down. I will never go back here!

Customer service lousy. There was a new employee barely learning, so he was very slow. I asked a young girl if she would please take my order. She was very rude…didn’t really want to do it, and when I told her, I wanted 3 footlongs, she rolled her eyes. This is the last time I come to this location. Plus, this girl kept stopping to complete the order so she could check her cell phone.

Placed an order on the app at this location. It was supposed to be ready at 1:10p, it is now 1:42 and I’m still waiting on my order. Employees act like they don’t care and the lobby is dirty. Will not be coming to this location again. Waited on cookies and they are still half done. Late for work and completely unacceptable.

Honestly you get Something healthy and delicious for a reasonable price! There’s always a new combination to try out. Workers are very patient with confusing orders/customers (which I have seen) The place is also kept very clean. I go almost on a daily and never have a problem!
