It never about the sandwich but it’s the service! Whoever is managing is doing better was before, it should run for the best place for subway for Texas or make Starbucks nervous from next door. But most of all, the place is clean and fast friendly service. Love the team.

The Subway in Randolpph Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX, I didn’t like the way the customer pays their order, u have 2 hand ur credit card 2 the cashier & the cashier swipe ur credit card. When I went home that afternoon, I was looking 4 my credit card I couldn’t find & all of the sudden I remembered that the cashier didn’t hand me back my credit card. U should changed the way u get the pymt. Let the customer swipe the card. I had 2 call the bank & cancel my credit card. I don’t if the cashier did this in purpose.

If you like fresh bread and veggies, don’t go to this location…at least on a Monday.
My bread was crumbly and stale, made me remember why I stopped going to this location.
The tomatoes were on their last leg, I skipped the spinach because it looked old.

Haven’t been here in awhile. Last time disappointed in my steak n cheese. They’ve revamped some of the menu. But had the steak n cheese again to compare with last visit. Maybe just me but steak portions seem smaller with increase in sandwich prices. So Subway is off the menu for now. Going to try Jimmy John’s n Firehouse for a change
