Olga was like a psychic she knew what cheese and toppings I wanted before I even asked lol and Cathy had such great customer service made me feel good after a long work week. Ordered the salad with mixed cold cuts. 1st mistake, out of tomatoes!! Absurd! Go buy some. This is a sandwich which shop. Then the guy making my salad hand ripped the cold cuts in half and laid on top of the lettuce!! Are you kidding me!! I ordered the subway vinaigrette and was told they don’t carry it anymore. Ok, companies make changes. I can accept that. I ordered medium drink but when I went to get it there was a sticker on machine saying Diet Coke wasn’t working. Ugh! Another disappointment!! So I chose Bargs Root Beer and the dispenser only gave me clear carbonation!! I was totally dissatisfied at this point!! I paid slightly more for than $12.00 for this horrible experience!!! I will never, ever darken the doorsteps of this sandwich shop again and I’ve been going there for over 10 years!!This poor excuse of Subway is located in Kerrville Tx on Main St.

I haven’t been to this Subway in years but we had a great experience yesterday. It was clean, the man there and the woman were both very nice and patient, My 10 year old likes to order his own and changes his mind on the cheese at least 3 times but they were super nice and didn’t rush him.

This store did a wonderful job! Both employees, Al and Nick, were very friendly. Did a fantastic job, sandwiches were well done. Nick wrapped my wrap perfectly, looked amazing. I will definitely go to this store instead of the other next time! They deserve to be acknowledged for outstanding customer service.

Very bad. No respect for customers. Very rude. Seemed to be under the influence of something. I’ve been there alot before this and it was great. But I will never go back. I called the number on the door and they didn’t even apologize or care. I went back the day after and same employees.?!? Wow. What happened to yaw?

The manager here is awesome and i worked under her at another store. She take pride in her store and strives for efficiency and perfection. I eat there usually once a week. The store is a little small, but still viable sitting area and a clean, friendly environment

This place is very clean, the service is fast and friendly and the food seems very fresh. I took off one star because we asked for the dressing on the side and the counter person forgot to put it in the bag. But they seemed to be short staffed that day; he was the only one working.
