We placed an online order. When we opened our subway bag to eat our food, the bread was broken and falling apart. The order was made incorrectly and ingredients we asked for were missing and ingredients we did not request were put on our subway sandwiches. We have been customers for many years at this location but something has changed lately. We use to feel very welcome here but not anymore. They are not near friendly as they use to be and the quality of the sandwiches has clearly been affected. It’s not like we are getting our food for free, ya know.
There should be just as much care in making an online order as there is when standing there watching them make the sandwiches.

This Subway is down the road from my house so I walk to it often. Always clean and they get the orders correct. Good sandwiches for a good price. I really like Italian herbs and cheese bread! They also have the option where you can tip now.

Had my husband call in the order to pick up and specifically ask they put the mustard on the bread first just because I don’t like messy sandwiches and this is what I got. I’m highly disappointed and will not use this location ever again

Horrible just horrible I ordered food for me and it got cancelled and I didn’t even get my food and now I have $20 just gone out of my account and then my mom was hungry to I tried to get her food and they cancelled her order too and didn’t give me my $20 for that either. So in total I have $40 just gone out of my account.

Hands down the worst Subway I have ever been to. 3 straight times in a row my online app order still came out incorrect. They Love to Toast your bread here especially if you ask for it not to be. I would not suggest going to this location.

Every time we come here, there’s a problem, but they’re open later and I’m on night shift. They, apparently, don’t do their advertised meal deals (on the menu) and “make your footlong a wrap” means a 6-inch wrap with 6-inches of toppings, not a footlong wrap, don’t worry, it’s the same price as the footlong, so the minimum wage employees can still ask for tips instead of being paid well. If I roll my eyes any harder at this place, they will get stuck, so I leave you with this: go to the Walmart on Houston Highway, they’re better and upfront about prices and sizes.
