Went to pickup breakfast this morning from here as my mother wanted cinnamon rolls and ended up walking out with an assortment of their delicious baked goods.
The cinnamon rolls are huge and could be split between 2, the fruit tart was delicious and fresh while the lilikoi bar was tart and will wake you up and get you ready for the day.
Service was nice and quick.
Make the trip over and don’t be stuck on just going to the other location for cinnamon rolls, you won’t be disappointed.

PAU Bakery is absolutely wonderful! Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. The quality of the ingredients really stands out, and the pastries are simply delicious. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. A perfect spot for breakfast, brunch, or a sweet treat highly recommended!

Found this while searching for a quick bite for breakfast on our way to activities. It was absolutely delicious! They had a great selection of both sweet and savory items and a nice small coffee menu to fuel us up for our day. We came back three days in a row! Day 1 I went simple, a bagel and cream cheese, day 2 a ham and cheese on a croissant and day 3 a cinnamon roll! All three fantastic, generally inexpensive and filling! Highly recommend especially cause the bakery down the street seemed to have an hour+ line and this we waited 15 mins at most all three days!

Service was OK as the girl at the counter didn’t have much of a personality and ended up talking to some friends in Spanish while I waited to see if they had half-and-half for my coffee.
The food was really good and it was very fresh and hot. We had the bacon and egg bagel sandwich and the cinnamon roll. Cinnamon roll was massive and very good. The bagel sandwich sandwiches were also really good.
There’s not a lot of seating in the place and the atmosphere is pretty plain. There were a lot of people standing around. I believe there is space for seating. They just need to put it in.
Overall, a good recommendation with good choices and good food. We recommend this as a stop if you are in the area.

Fresh baked pastries and sandwiches. Everything we had was delicious. I personally think the cinnamon roll was the best I’ve ever eaten. Place gets busy but its worth the wait. Every morning I would walk down and grab breakfast and bring it back to our place and watch the whales from our lanai. A perfect start to the any day.

We’ve vacationed to Maui for decades and haven’t found a place quite like Pau bakery. Their sandwiches are outstanding! The pastrami and bacon & egg bagel sandwich were hot, fresh and had incredible flavor. The cinnamon rolls and banana bread are superb. The frosting, cinnamon flavor and just the right consistency of the roll all come together to make an excellent combination. Very friendly staff and service too. We will be back!

We just stopped in for a quick breakfast as our vacation comes to an end. What a delicious way to end it!! My husband had a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. He said the bagel was so fresh, and I have no photo to show of said bagel as he devoured it, so it hit the spot!! My sourdough salmon, avocado, egg and sprouts was ridiculous!! So good! And for breakfast dessert, we split a cinnamon roll (don’t judge, we’re on vacation ), it too was delicious. Highly recommend, eat local!

We arrive 15 prior to opening on a Saturday morning. Picked up a couple Cinnamon Rolls and Chocolate covered Eclair. We really with there was a side of icing to go with the Cinnamon Rolls. That is our only negative comment. Would go again if I could.
