Ordered 2 specialty sandwiches as described on menu. Nothing extra. Toasted. It wasn’t. Nothing on the sandwich was correct. They kept asking what we wanted in it. Server argued when husband tried to point out wrong cheese etc. His first time in this subway and he refuses to come back. Server argued with another customer as well. Terrible experience. Had tried to order through the app and it wasn’t working. Sad that dealing with an actual person was so problematic.

The food has been sub par for quite awhile now, with them either not having what you want to order, or them hardly putting any ingredients on the sandwich itself. You ask for soup, they’re out. You ask for a wrap, the wraps are not defrosted, they’ll substitute a Flatbread, but then proceed to not put the amount of meat a wrap would normally have. Yet still charge you full price, $10+. Seems management is lacking in organization with inventory and product preparedness.

This Subway Restaurant really deserves 5-Star Rating the Boy and Girl working here was very polite and professional I did try too many Subway Restaurants but the Tuna Sandwich from here was different and delicious loved 🙂

Wow for $12 per sandwich it was small said 2x pepper jack cheese and not barely any meat on either footlong. Very disappointed… might just have to give up subway

I go out of my way to eat at the Subway in Navasota. The sandwiches are generously piled with my favorite toppings. They always taste great. The team behind the counter are always cheerful and attentive to my order. Yum!

Every time I come to this location it smells great, I don’t eat out very often because of the high prices of food now a days but when I do I always go to subway, yall would’ve gotten 5 stars but I arrived at your location on June 23th to get the delicious subway club and was told there wasn’t any roast beef!! I was very disappointed and surprised because I have never had that issue, the employees were very respectful and apologized for the inconvenience so I decided to try something else and it wasn’t bad but prefer my subway club.

I ordered and paid for a 12 inch sub on the app on 8/16/24 using the app. I drive 12 miles to pick up my order and when I go to the counter I am informed they only have Flatbread. I said I want my money refunded and nobody working there knows how to process a refund. I am told they will keep my receipt and give to someone who can process it. Today is 8/20/24 and no refund. I called three times and no one answers the phone. Next stop is corporate to get this straightened out.

Older store location a bit run down, but limited eating joints in the area and across from Walmart at busy intersection make this extremely busy location. Customers are understanding, staff stretched a bit and some crew members seem over stressed due to long line of customers and number of sandwich orders coming in. But young lady at checkout very nice. Line staff very positive, although stressful. Will go back. Glad I came. Best wishes to all.
