I ordered via the subway app and 5min later I called the location and canceled my order. I was told I would be refunded 24-48hrs. Nine days later, I was never refunded. I called and spoke w/manager Kathy, very rude lady, she couldn’t find the order under my name, didn’t take my order # and told me to call the catering center, that she’s not refunding anything. She wouldn’t give me the number to the catering center and she’s suppose to be a manager. If you order through the app at this location and unable to get your order or cancel, they keep your money.

Site says don’t close till 10pm. Arrived just after 9pm and Lobby doors locked and chairs put up. Looks like closed early. Saw 2 people working and car in drive thru so got in drive thru line. Lady took order down then took coupon and card before coming back to window and saying they don’t take coupons which is odd as the one on 16th st does yet we know the one on hwy 62 does not but that one is inside a gas station so understandable. This one is no excuse. Don’t have this problem with coupon in Beaumont as most take coupons. Reading other reviews really made my stomach sick so decided to leave and won’t be going back. I highly suggest if in orange going to the one on 16th st across from market basket as they are amazing, no issues, take coupons and food is great. Btw after telling her to cancel the order lady had to come back to the window to give card back that she forgot to do at 1st which was sort of odd and off putting. Won’t be back there again. If I’m in Orange I will be at the one on 16th street or On 62 inside Pilot.

This is my favorite Subway. It is out of the way of my normal commute to work, but I go there because the young lady that manages cares. She has employees that care about the cleanliness, how customers are treated, and of course preparation of good food.

I purchased a salad on 7/26 mid afternoon what I received was raw bacon, extremely wilted spinach, other veggies were pittyful and not enough lettuce to be called a salad. The chicken looked weird & smelled weird too. In the garbage it went. Never again Subway will you get another 10 bucks of mine ! I couldn’t rate it less than one star or I would. Do not know what happened but serving rotten produce with raw meat is not good business

Do not use coupons here because they will tell you they are not valid. When coupons come in the mail they should be valid at all locations. Every other location in Orange Texas will take the coupons. They do not tell you until after they make your order even though they see you standing there with a coupon in your hand. I even asked if they can override the coupon option and they stated no. I will never come back to this location.

I used to work at this subway. DO NOT GO THERE!! GO TO ANY OTHER SUBWAY!! they reuse food for about a week (or until the run out, which takes a long time cause they’re never busy) THEY HAVE ROACHES. ROACHES. they’re managed by terrible people and all of y’all’s tips GOES STRAIGHT TO THE MANAGERS.

The ladies were great. Went with one kid and a friend in the drive thru and was told to come in for our large order. Said I had a bearded dragon with me and didn’t want to leave her they said it was OK to bring her in as long as I don’t set her loose. Lol They were a hoot and a half about it along with the other customers! Thank you ladies for being understanding and all around awesome!
