The manager is top notch. He helped me out big time. I will remember this help he gave me. His workers all working together and they knew what they were doing.
This store is gonna do great. The manager is excited and takes pride in his store and his employees.

I stopped by there the other day and I was greeted with warmness and positive smiles. The staff was amazing and my sandwich was so good. I will be coming back to this location alot more. Lindsay, Caleb and Chloe were sweet and kind. Very polite.

Actually just horrid. On 12/29/2025 at 8:51PM, I ordered a meatball sub and it came completely cold. I had to microwave it just to make it edible because the cheese wasn’t melted at all, meatballs are not even half the original size from like, 2 or 3 years ago. And they didn’t even put sauce on it, even though I ordered 3 of them. 5 if you include the oil and vinegar. Don’t even know if it was because they were out, since I got delivery. Should have called me if they were. Had to put my own sauce on it. That being just BBQ sauce. Just go to some place that makes regular sandwiches. I guarantee you might not get as big a size, but it will be A LOT more satisfying. I am just beyond disappointed at how far subways quality has fallen. I can’t even blame the workers, since an issue like this would start with whoever made the policies on how to prepare the food AND allowed those policies to be practiced. I do not plan to be ordering from here again.

Someone please get this guy some HELP!!! Went in last night to pick up a mobile order. The manager was there all by himself trying to crank out orders as fast as they were coming in but he had no help. Where is HIS manager?? He’s the best thing that’s happened to this location in a long time. Get him a raise or promote him to GM!! Keep it up Mister!! I don’t know your name but you are doing one helluva job!!

The three guys working today around 5:30pm were working like a well oiled machine! It was fairly busy with several people in front of and behind me, but they were able to keep the line moving without making people feel rushed and getting all of the orders out and correctly with good timing. I’ve spent most of my adult life in the food industry and their hygiene, food handling, and customer service were all on point! Of the subways in Orange, this is definitely the best one. Great job, guys! Hope you’re working next time we come in

Last night, 02/15/26 I arrived to subway at 8:45pm to lights half off, chairs all put up, doors locked, two employees were behind the counter ignoring me. I looked at the sign on the door that said open until 10pm and the bright yellow open sign was on. I got in my truck and went around to the drive through thinking maybe after 8 its only drive through? Nope. One of the employees locked eyes with me and took a step back out of my line of sight. The other employee ignored me. Clearly not 10pm, yet they should have still be opperating; I thought if they are closed they should at least open the door or window and let me know, not ignore me until I go away. I will continue to use the Subway on 16th. Heck I’d rather drive 15 minutes to the one in Mauriceville than go here.

Always backed up and always missing people. You’ll be waiting an hour for food. They prioritize people in store rather than the order things come in, so don’t bother with online ordering.

Went in to get my lunch and had to wait over 30 minutes along with other people due to the manager having a fit and cussing his employees out and degrading them infront of us. I will admit the first time I went to this location the service was great but lately the manger is rude and down talks his staff.
