The worker Natalie has to fix her attitude very rude. Looks like she doesn’t want to be there. All other workers that worked there previously have always been very nice. I went here with my friend for a quick bite, and service was very lovely! I was a couple cents short so they just gave it toe and said that it was fine and that not to worry about it! We need more people like this in texas! I personally got the marinara meatball sub and split it with my friend, and it was slightly undercooked but I understand. They had a lot of customers! Goodness that place had people coming out of their ears

This place is always short on Bread (Wheat / White) or Toppings (Spinach / Cucumbers / Tomatoes) for the sandwiches I plan on picking up. I end up having to go to another store, to get what I want. The employee says that they are not making any more bread, or they are out of the toppings in the back. I choose to not buy from here anymore. I’ve even had to leave as no employee ever showed up from the back… and waited for about 5 min. This place needs help or attention from the owner.

They must not have a manager because the young girls who work there are rude and have an attitude. Have no sense of customer service. I’m sure subway isn’t the highest paying job but if you really hate your job that bad they should make better life decisions.

I walked in at 8:20 that’s 40 minutes before they close the employee that was free took about 3 minutes to even ask me if she could help I know that this location has veggie patties bc I have ordered it here before so I ask for one and she says “no we don’t have that”. the whole interaction just felt like she wanted me to go away. As I left her coworker went to go see why she had said that. I mean it would have taken her less than 10 minutes to make that sandwich. Just so rude of her.
