My food was fine. I would just like to mention that the guy that made my sandwich didn’t change both of his gloves. I waited while another customer was paying. Then he came over where I was and only changed one glove.

This place sucks! Its like the ration everything here. These employees need serious training! This lady didn’t even melt my cheese with the chicken i wanted in my protien bowl. Instead i get cold hard american cheese over it. This bad review is well deserved and i wont be back here. They are much better down highway 6

Skimpy on toppings. Don’t waste your time for 3 pickles and 3 tomatoes on a foot long. Drive to the location on highway 6 next to the Valero. Much better service and you get what you pay for.

Please fire Ana, she’s extremely rude and petty. I guess she thinks she’s nice trying to judge me for wanting more than 4 little slices of cheese on a footlong with two meats. Gave me an eye and said she charges more for extra black olives. That’s when I told her she barely out any cheese because I was going to let it slide but since she wants to say she charges extra for veggies I said something. So she got mad and decided to squeeze the oil and vinegar bottles hard to drench my sandwich on purpose. It’s dripping thru the bag on my truck seat right now. Toasted bread to soggy bread.

would really appreciate if this location took the time to wash their hands. if I or someone walks in and you’re on your phone, tying your shoes, etc, you would think they would have the common decency to take 20 seconds to wash your hands. just because you put on gloves doesn’t mean your hands doesn’t needs to be clean when applying them. you get your dirty hands all over the gloves as well. when it’s busier times like during lunch, I don’t make a big deal. but if there’s no one in line or no rush, that should easily be a standard and common practice

I ordered my sandwich from this location at 11:45am
I picked it up & drove 20 minutes home. When I got home the entire order was completely wrong.
I drove back to the restaurant & explained to the young man at the counter what happened. He got the manager & she had the nastiest attitude once he explained the situation. She started talking smack in Spanish. She then grabbed my sandwich, slapped it on the counter as if she was so annoyed & inconvenienced for having to fix a mistake. I tried telling her that none of those ingredients were correct. She didn’t listen to anything I was saying, she walked away while I was talking. When she returned from the back, she started picking the wrong ingredients off of my sandwich & completely ignored me when I asked her to remake it for me. (It was now an hour that the incorrect sandwich had been made) She continued putting the wrong ingredients on the sandwich & when I told her, she raised her voice & said “this is what you ordered!” I asked her to look at the receipt so she could see that it was in fact not what I ordered.
She started picking off the wrong ingredients & then proceeded to put them in the containers to be served again to other customers. When she was done, she tossed my sandwich onto the counter & said “there”
I walked out of the restaurant in disbelief but decided to go back in to confront the issue & ask for a new sandwich. When I voiced my concerns to her she said “then wait & I’ll remake it.” I asked her for her name & she said it was Maria. After about 10 minutes of waiting, the gentleman made my sandwich & apologized for his manager’s behavior. He informed me that her name was in fact not Maria, It was Andrea. So she lied about her real name.
My experience here was horrible. I am a paying customer & was extremely inconvenienced & humiliated in front of the other customers. The manager’s behavior was completely unacceptable & unprofessional. Another customer in the store commented on her behavior as well & could not believe she put the ingredients back in the containers. It’s safe to say I will not be returning. There is a Jersey mikes 10 minutes from this location, I’ll take my business there. Proceed with caution.

Third time in there. The store is never well kept. There has not been once in the three times that I have been there was I able to purchase what I went in to purchase. The bread is extra dry and the tuna was not very tasty. Bad experience. Kept going in hopes that it would get better. I’m done. I will go to the Subway down the road 10 minutes away.

Upon arriving home I realized my sandwich did not have the sauce. The male employee who gave me my order failed to mention they intentionally left the sauce off because they did not have it, and also did not ask me if I wanted another sauce they did have, subsequently leaving me with a dry sandwich. When I went back, I told the other male about what happened and he was incredibly apologetic. However, the one that gave me the sandwich when I first came in was on break, eating HIS properly made sandwich, and watch the entire conversation without offering any apology or concern. Though he was on break, I felt since he was in the establishment watching the conversation in real time, he could have offered some regret or concern because it was HIM who let me walk out of the store KNOWING my sandwich was not how I wanted it. He did not care because he was on break (where I could see him) and it was clear my customer service did not matter to him. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but I am sure you can look on the schedule to see what two men worked during that shift and they can tell you which one if them it was. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HIS PART!

I would give 0 stars if I could for the poor customer service. This is the second time I’ve been to this location and my online order was not only wrong but was given attitude by all of the employees when asked to remake the sandwich. I’ve told them many times there’s nowhere on the online order to put toasted for flatbread option and it’s usually to be automatically toasted. So I asked her to toast when coming to pickup my order and after she rolled her eyes and said rude derogatory comments in Spanish (yes, I speak Spanish) she over toasted my sandwich and put in with another customers sandwich. I told her to then remake the sandwich completely and was met with rudeness from all of the employees. I will never return to this location and will continue at my previous location in Manvel. Disgusting service.

If I could leave 0 starts I would. I ordered just now through the app and my order got redirected to this location. The order was disgusting, they put the wrong sauces on my sandwiches and didn’t put extra of the items I requested. Not to mention they barely put any ingredients in the sandwich. Horrible location, save yourselves and go somewhere else. Based on the other reviews, this location needs to fire and rehire staff that actually want to work. Please do better!
