I always stop in here in a rush between work and school and as unfocused and ill mannered as I may come off- Genavive is always kind and patient with me. I was in such a rush I forgot to add condiments one morning and she double checked to make sure I was relaying my order correctly. She always gets me in and out and manages to still make a quick impact on my day. I really appreciate her kindness and understanding. I know how Customer service can suck but she greets each customer with a smile.

Went for my lunch, they had one person working. He took 15 minutes building two people’s sandwiches who were paying together. Had multiple people come in to pick up their order that they placed online and he said he never started on. It was a waste of time. I do not recommend going there for lunch.

It’s been a while since my last visit here; it wasn’t the best experience. This time around was much improved. The bread was just right, everything was fresh, and the order was spot on. The biggest change was the customer service. The staff was friendly from our first step in the door until we ledt. One of the staff even stopped at our table to see if everything was satisfactory. I really hope this trend continues here.

Came into a empty restaurant for a sandwich. Cook threw down paper after paper for like 4 sandwiches online doordash order. I asked if I could order she stated she had to make these first. Girl was smoking weed in the back, hurt her coughing and smelt it through the store caked up food in the refrigerator, old and disgusting food wilted, rotten vegetables didn’t keep the place sanitary food all over the floor

They deserve zero stars. I ordered a $20 sandwich through Uber and they just didn’t put any condiments or add ons. This place is the WORST.

I’m leaving this review so hopefully the manager/owner is aware of what happened. Today, November 11th, I arrived to the store at 3:13 pm to find no employee behind the counter. I waited 5 minutes, just pacing in the store, and then decided to call the store number. I let the phone ring for two minutes and still nothing happened, so I walked around. I heard a young lady talking on her phone while in the bathroom, so I sat down at a table. After another 10 minutes had passed, I decided to play the drums on the table and get as loud as I could. Finally, I heard the young lady say “I think I have someone here and talk to you later”. I have never left a review for any business because everyone has a bad day but this was ridiculous. I could have taken anything in store and the only witness would have been the cameras. I could go into more details but it’s just not worth it. Good luck to you.
