This place has gone downhill fast. On top of having to wait almost 45 minutes after the online app said the order was ready, I ordered a pretzel pizza, and did not check before I left the store. I got home and had a completely different pepperoni pizza. I did file a complaint in the app, but never heard anything back. I contacted the corporate number, but since it’s a franchise my issue was directed to the franchise holder. It’s been a few weeks now, and honestly I’ve given up. I’ll be sticking to the smaller local places from now on.

This place is a miss or miss. Last 4 orders have either been wrong pizza, took entirely toooooooooo long, or missing ingredients. Tonite missing salt n butter on pretzel crust.

Start by saying two out of four of our items were cold and had been sitting. We ordered pepperoni puffs and they had no pepperoni at all. We ordered wings and they were cold and old. We ordered pretzels crust cheese pizza and they made it with the wrong bread and instead of fixing it they just sprinkled salt on the crust. Along with the pizza not being made correctly, they couldn’t even bother to try to cut it decently. You’ll see in the picture where one slice was barely a slice at all. It took over a hour for the food to even get done, which I was going to over look because I know it can get busy. But the guy working the register said they had been busy at all. So why did it take over a hour for my food to get done?

If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible we needed to feed 3 people so we had ordered 2 pizzas and 1 CHEESE crazy puffs low and behold they ended up putting pepperoni inside the crazy puffs and before I had even ordered them I confirmed with the person at the register that it doesn’t have any meat along with the fact that we saw on our receipt that it did in fact say cheese crazy puffs. Will not be coming back.

Tonights 10-08-25 service was horrid. If I wanted to hear yelling I would of went to my mom tbh!!!! Don’t yell at other employees when looking right at a customer! Some of us are working on ptsd and that crap does not help! Felt like the woman was yelling at me for ordering and messing up her day tbh. If I’m having a hard day again I will not be going here for sure. Food was ok but ppl running the show need to calm down around customers

Our pizza was 20 minutes late getting out of the oven. We called the store and the guys said “I pushed the complete button. It should’ve sent you a message that it was done. I dont know, im new here” The pizza isn’t even cut all the way through. The crust is burnt.

Today I was there during a very busy time and the employees were so kind and professional. The manager was addressing an issue with a customer with kindness and he seemed genuine. I was just a bystander, but still very impressed with what I saw. Great job guys.
