Came in at about 4pm.. and everything was fine, until we got served by a young lady named GISELLE.. she was serving 3 of us only to stop midway, because of a guy that GISELLE knew (a friend, because she smiled and called on his name) came in 10mins later after us and somehow he ended up leaving first. And us just standing there and our sandwiches getting cold.. we even had to ask to reheat one of them… and GISELLE.. stop serving us completely..only for her coworker to do most of the work.

It was good some time ago. One of the ladies that there is really nice, but everyone else is just like not wanting to be there plus the food it self is way to expensive for what it is and taste i rader go the extra qp min and eat at the nearest jersey mikes is about the same price but everything is really fresh and they dont have a attitude like they do here

Both Spanish speaking women who work there (younger and older one) are very rude, not friendly at all and barely speak English. Customer service skills are beginner at best. The newer guy is sweet and although he is still learning, has far better communication and customer service skills. I will just drive a little further for better customer service on my lunch break.

Found hair in our delivery order and have been calling since august 5th was told I would get a refund. Got nothing but the run around! Will not order from this location again and will definitely let my family know as well. Half way through your sandwich to have someone’s hair in it. GROSS!!!

I visited Subway on Alexander in Baytown Texas and I come across this lady that’s been there for a while. She’s Hispanic and we end up getting into it. She started cursing and so did I. It was not a nice visit so I ended up leaving that lady is very stingy to make you a sandwich and I’ve never had an experience like that in any other subway she’s nothing but a hate but great. My friend said that when I left she was telling everybody in the store that she didn’t know why I was acting like that. She knows and she knows very well very well. Why?
