Review written 02/09/2026. Ordered ahead through app and redeemed rewards points for a free mini sub. Order was ready and was made accurately.

It smelled heavily in the restaurant though of food being grilled it was overpowering

Just got a sandwich from there. Some of the meat was noticeably old and smelled absolutely terrible. Tried calling the store multiple times and no answer. Very disappointing

I can always count on Jersey Mike’s, but this experience today seemed extra special. I wasn’t having the best day and what better to pick me up than mini 14? I never really go through the drive-through, but today I was not feeling like getting out of my car so I did. My sandwich is extremely odd, so I’m always thankful when the workers are patient with me when ordering. The woman in the drive-through today on January 5 at around 1:30 PM made a difference in my day with her kindness. Thank you.

The person cutting the bread needs to learn to hold the knife level, and the person doing the condiments needs to lay off the “juice”, your drowning the sandwich.

Sandwiches were great! I had ordered in the app with a couple condiments on the side which were included as ordered. Great service!!
It was the haunted window that was a real kicker!

On Monday, 11/24 at around 3:40 PM, I placed a DoorDash pickup order. I’ve lost my voice, so it’s currently hard for me to speak. When the cashier asked for the name on the order, I politely showed him the DoorDash “Pickup Order” screen, which is exactly what DoorDash instructs customers to do.

The older Caucasian man working the register immediately began to berate me for not using my voice, then loudly thanked the next customer in line for “using her voice unlike me.” A DoorDash driver was behind me, and when he also showed his phone, (likely due to a language barrier) the cashier yelled at him in a very aggressive, threatening tone. I was shocked that he felt comfortable speaking to the dasher that way. The driver did nothing wrong and did not deserve that treatment.

The cashier then proceeded to make my sandwich while complaining under his breath, slamming things, and tossing it together before shoving it into a bag. When he noticed my expression, he said he was “just frustrated.” Even with my limited voice, I told him it still wasn’t right. I ended up throwing the sandwich away because the experience left me so upset.

I hope management takes this seriously and ensures staff, especially the older gentleman working that afternoon, are properly trained on customer service and handling frustration professionally.
