If I could give it a zero stars I would I ordered 2 wraps and they barely filled them I’m tired of this store chances. I paid $17 for a wrap that wasn’t filled properly and barely any steak like a mean barely any the sauce wasn’t even there I’m so done with this store this is the last straw for me ever since they got rid of one of the ladies there the store gone to crap

The food is fine. The service is another story altogether. Its similar to entering a funeral. Just dead inside. The workers do not greet you. No friendly “Welcome. We will be right with you.” No customer service skills exist. So if you love to be an ignored customer. by all means come to the location. if you expect some humanity, skip this one altogether.

Should have paid heed to the B rating from the Mo. City health inspector. However, I didn’t and my sandwich was nasty. The guy with glasses and medium length hair slapped my sandwich togethe. It was made with old crusty bread, a whole bottle of mayonnaise and veggies were old and slimy. I threw it away.

When I got there I wasn’t really greeted, it was more of I was interrupting. The guy that started fixing my order was going back and forth with the other guy about he was ready to take his lunch and the other guy was in the back claiming he was “Working”. So once my order was done, I paid then left. I got home to only be able to eat a portion of half of the sandwich (I got a foot long) to having to run to the bathroom. Constant diarrhea that turned into vomiting and doing both at the same time (imagine that). That lasted all night to the early morning where I had to call off of work. I ended up finding out that I got food poisoning. Til’ this day I am still having light diarrhea and vomiting. Y’all need to throw whatever ingredients that’s there away and get fresh ones because what I got definitely wasn’t fresh. And maybe retraining for the staff because customer service is not their forte at that location.

never ordering from here again!! i ordered online & it’s clear they just put what they want on a sandwich. no bacon (that i payed extra for), no sauce, not toasted, no cheese & weird green stuff that i don’t even know what it is I DID NOT ORDER THAT! i don’t think it’s that hard to follow an order when the receipt is right in front of your face. Was ok. I tried the new wraps. The store was out of rotisserie chicken for a sandwich. There was one person working the counter at one of their peak hours, I spoke, he becked his head. Wraps were ok.

Walked in at 11:14am and wasn’t greeted with anything but a rude attitude. Didn’t make my sandwich correctly. When I asked if she could cut my sandwich she proceeded to ignore me so I asked again and she rolled her eyes and responded with I heard you and cut my sandwich through the paper. I have never experienced such awful customer service. If you hate your job this much then quit

This is a smaller Subway, seating is limited and awkwardly set up. The majority of the tables will have other customers’ butt in your face as you eat.
The ingredients are decently fresh and the staff is average in friendliness. Plenty of parking available.

This place needs to be inspected; seriously. First time in the area and decided to stop in for a quick bite. Despite other reviews, the two men working were friendly. However, I knew I had messed up once my sub slid down to condiments. I have never in my life seen spoiled vegetables at a restaurant. The lettuce was brown, the spinach was wet and wilted, the tomatoes were translucent. Bottomline, all of the vegetables have to have been sitting there for at least 5-7 days (I can only imagine the meat). How can you serve this to people? My mother and I didn’t even eat our sandwiches because we were scared of food poisoning. The counter and wall by the register are full of dirt. This store needs a deep cleaning and new management, ASAP! Do not eat here.
