March 1st 2026 I placed an online order for six double chocolate cookies at 7:40 p.m. Upon my arrival, I was informed by a Caucasian male with glasses that the cookies I purchased were unavailable. I inquired whether they were out of stock or if no cookies had been prepared. The server responded that they had the ingredients but no cookies had been made. When I asked for clarification, he stated that the oven was off. I then pointed out that I had placed the order around 7:30 p.m. and that the establishment closes at 9:00 p.m., questioning whether fresh batches are typically prepared. His response was that fresh batches are not made if the oven is off. I kindly requested a refund. I am highly dissatisfied with this location and the unprofessional customer service. Upon my arrival at 8:06 p.m., the server was already in the process of shutting down operations, which I find inappropriate. Had I wished to order a sandwich, he would have been required to reopen the equipment/food. This is not ok. If you don’t want to do your job why show up for work. & to top it off, I’m pregnant and couldn’t get what I was craving and had already paid for. Again, not ok.

The guy working this shift evidently hates working here. Was rude and disrespectful not only to me, but to the kind older lady who walked in after me. Nothing but sighs, back talk, and overgrown fingernails. This shop is on my way home as I drive 1092 every day, but every time I see this guy here, im going to the location on HWY6. Also, seriously bro, clip your fingernails. I can see the dark stuff beneath your pinky nail

I ordered my sandwich, the person working the counter (white male) was messing up my order, and was very rude. When I ask fir the managers name he stated he didn’t know his managers name. He would not give me any information, and a nother custin walk in and I continued to ask for his managers name and he kept saying he dint kniw his manager name. I explained to him as I recorded the conversation that I didnt deserve to be treated tgat way. The customer that was in the location gave me his information to testify the way I was being treated and I have it all recorded. The man that waited on me is a horrible person and should not be working in a public place and dealing with people food. Let’s be real who don’t know there managers name. I am contact the news media with the recording. So no one else will be treated this way. When I got home I tried to contact the manager, everyone that answers don’t know the managers name. WOW now that’s just tacky customer service. It seems that they are all in on it. This is not acceptable service… They young lady that answered, stated she just started 2 weeks ago and she don’t the managers name either. Now you know she is lieing. They are in it together. People don’t go to this establishment very tacky and there professionalism bad customer service.
