Ordered online got there after it said it was ready and still had to go inside and wait for 20 min to get home an the order was wrong. Called them went back an they remade the sandwich. Was not worth it at all. Well never go back. They didn’t even try to apologize for messing it to. Do yourself a favor an go some where else.

The young man who waited on me was great. Really wanted to please I ordered a vegetarian sub my friend had Turkey. I was very pleased with the food.. It’s a little cramped in the seating area my friend is in a wheelchair but we manged. They do have handicapped accessibility overall a pleasant experience..

Manager is a really good manager! She is tuff with her employees but I observed that she wants them to learn the correct way, not compromising food safety. This IS huge. Love all of the staff; They aim to please, taking time to make sure every sandwich is made to each individuals expectation. There are other Subways in the area, but prefer this location. Excellent customer service & each sandwich is made perfect every time. This location may be a bit further but worth the drive. Thank you to the entire staff.

Worst customer service ever from a smart mouth Mexican girl that has long Black hair and has glasses on. I’m asking her questions about the breed and all I got was Attitude so I asked the other young lady for help. She did much better but that 16yr old girl will for ever work in a fast food place with the attitude she has. Do better Sunway in who you have working for you.

We had about a 30 minute wait because there was only ONE person working! This poor woman was having to do everything alone from the start of the sandwich to ringing the customer up. I give her 5+ stars for as hard as she was working & all the patience she had not giving up serving the many people that kept coming in. Whoever the manager is of that store needs to rethink their schedule! They definitely need more than one person working between 11-2
