I ordered online tonight and didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who made my sub, but he is truly a sandwich artist. The sub looked so good I had to stop and admire it before eating it—and the taste absolutely matched the presentation. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly put together. The experience was so pleasant it instantly brightened my evening. Whoever he is, he’s definitely a keeper. Outstanding work!

The management of this location is absolutely garbage. Just want to clarify that the woman and man working today were very nice and this review has little to do with them. The chip selection was your choice of only 2 different chips. The soda machine was broken and if you wanted a bottled soda, pick your poison between Pepsi and Diet Pepsi. No other options available. Napkins weren’t readily available. They were out of pepper for sandwiches. Almost every single table or seat in the place was dirty. The manager should absolutely be replaced with someone more competent. We won’t be coming back to this location. The saddest Subway that ever lived.

I stopped by while in the middle of moving houses, and Angela was incredibly fast, friendly, and accommodating. The bathrooms were clean, and the whole store looked fresh and well maintained. This is definitely the worst location! Over 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches, I asked for them to be toasted but they were burnt, bread is so hard that you can’t bite into it. Steer clear from this location.

On Wednesday, July 3, 2025, at 11:07 a.m., my wife and I visited your Subway location at 11020 Harlem Rd, Richmond, Texas 77406 to dine in and enjoy a quiet meal together. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined due to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of one of your employees.

After receiving my food, I noticed there were no napkins in the bag. I politely asked the woman at the counter—who was not busy and simply standing next to the register—for a napkin. Instead of assisting me, she abruptly said, “Look in the bag,” in a dismissive tone. I found this response unnecessarily rude, but I let it go.

Shortly after, I accidentally spilled my cup of water on the table and floor. Concerned about someone slipping, I asked the same employee if she could please mop the area. Her response was appalling: she sarcastically told us to “just move,” showing no willingness to help. When I told her that her attitude was unacceptable and asked for her name, she refused to provide it and continued to badger me, saying the spill was my fault and not hers.

This wasn’t just poor customer service — it was a clear safety issue, and she made no effort to address it. My wife and I ultimately left to avoid further escalation, but I am deeply disappointed by how we were treated..

On a positive note, there was a young male Asian employee present who was very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Although he wasn’t directly involved, he appeared genuinely apologetic for the situation. His actions and demeanor clearly showed that he is a dedicated, customer-oriented employee, and I wanted to recognize and thank him for his professionalism. Kudos to him!

This level of behavior from the cashier is unacceptable, and I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously. I would appreciate a response regarding how this will be handled, including any corrective actions or training to ensure this does not happen to other customers.
