The manager and employees are absolutely terrible. They all have attitudes and do their job sloppily. There’s only 1 employee there who is professional and courteous. Let’s call him Mr.Game. Mr.Game is quick and professional and makes small talk as he makes the food. Even when other employees and manager are sitting down or hiding in the back. I’ve seen this on multiple occasions. This young man needs to be promoted to store manager and the other employees/manager needs retraining from corporate on proper work ethics. Thank you Mr.Game for your professionalism and kindness.

This Subway is close to my job, so I’ll occasionally place an online order for a sandwich and chips to pick up around noon. The process is always quick and easy — I swing by, grab my food, and head back to work. They’ve never once gotten my order wrong.
The restaurant is clean and tidy, the food is always fresh, and the staff is consistently friendly. I’ve never had a single issue here.
The only downside is the parking lot — it can be a bit tight and tricky to get in and out of during busy hours. But that’s hardly a deal breaker.
Honestly, this location does a great job. A lot of the complaints I see here are just petty nonsense. If you’re that picky, maybe move back to California, Houston, or wherever else you came from.

If it was possible to give negative stars…I would! The sandwich bread was burnt. The salad was half full in the container. One of the sandwiches was heavily salted. I tried to call their number several times and no one answered. My husband went back up there with pictures of the food. Angel and the young lady (refused to give her name) said we should have brought the food back and refused to do anything about our messed up order. The level of customer service was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful encounters my husband has ever received. We normally do not complain, but this was too much and they made it worse. Save your money and go to the Subway at the Love’s gas station at I-45 and Longstreet Rd.

Just eat Jersey Mike’s. I got the worst service today and I am definitely not returning to this location. Toasted sandwich was literally ice cold. Veggies incomplete… no cookies..really…Sad.

Un believable love eating here but willis location is terrible I won’t be buying subway anymore. Just check the picture… my girlfriends worked at subway and said this is l one of the worst she’s ever seen.

The young girl was nice and even made us aware that the chips we selected had a tear in the bag…however, we were running over from a basketball game to find tbey had no italian bread ready and she had to stop to make some tuna. We vwry disappointedly selected wheat bread which as I sit here eating is falling apart in my hands. I feel like they were understaffed and this what I will be throwing away….

Walked in didn’t get greeted properly! Arthur asked me “Do I know what I want?” They was RUDE! As she was making my sandwich she put 1/2 of a 1/2 of scoop of meat didn’t go on 1/2 of my bread. So I asked for more meat,she states that will be extra charge,I immediately look at her and say you didn’t give me enough meat from the beginning to be charging me extra on anything! Long story short I’ve tried this place once more than I intended and it’s a bad experience Everytime! Store manager needs to have a talk with her employees because they rude and don’t give you enough for your money,I understand it’s SUBWAY!
