If it was possible to give negative stars…I would! The sandwich bread was burnt. The salad was half full in the container. One of the sandwiches was heavily salted. I tried to call their number several times and no one answered. My husband went back up there with pictures of the food. Angel and the young lady (refused to give her name) said we should have brought the food back and refused to do anything about our messed up order. The level of customer service was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful encounters my husband has ever received. We normally do not complain, but this was too much and they made it worse. Save your money and go to the Subway at the Love’s gas station at I-45 and Longstreet Rd.

Apparently they don’t hire people who know how to read and follow instructions. I ordered two sandwiches and they completely mixed the ingredients and toppings in each of them. I ordered a kid’s sandwich that specifically said it wasn’t to be toasted, and they toasted it. They definitely deserve a raise (I say with the utmost sarcasm).

Very great customer service! the food is great and the staff are super friendly and know what their doing,they are quick to making your sandwiches and know what their doing! unlike the one on longstreet this ones way better,their never out if bread and their manager is super friendly and always smiling! Ive been coming here for about a year now and compared to the other subways around here ESPECIALLY LONGSTREET,Its a completely different environment and the store is always super clean because the employees and the manager are always on too of that! i would recommend eating at this one instead of the one on longstreet by the loves!

The young girl was nice and even made us aware that the chips we selected had a tear in the bag…however, we were running over from a basketball game to find tbey had no italian bread ready and she had to stop to make some tuna. We vwry disappointedly selected wheat bread which as I sit here eating is falling apart in my hands. I feel like they were understaffed and this what I will be throwing away….

Just terrible! My husband, mother in law and daughter arrived around 9:20pm. My daughter had a dance recital so we needed to grab a quick bit on the way home. My daughter was in her costume from the recital and she has another performance the next evening, so we wanted to dine in to help avoid any possible messes from getting on her costume. The customer service was awful. My husband ordered a club but was told that they were out of roast beef, no big deal, he asked if they could put something else on the sandwich instead and was told no, even though on the menu board it states that if they are out of something they can replace it with something else. My husband kindly just ordered another sandwich. As we made our way to pay, the cashier was putting our chips in a bag and we stated that we would be dining in and she said they are about to close, it is now probably 9:30, the hours are stated as 9am-11pm. we asked what time they close and she stated at 10, okay well then we will be dining in as we still have 30 minutes. The cashier insisted we leave and said she would call the cops if we did not. We were not being outrageous at all but we still had 30 min before they “closed” so we walked over to table to sit down and she turned off the dining room lights! Really?? Maybe she should find another job, Subway is not a good fit for her, and if Subway continues to allow this type of customer service, shame on you!
