We placed an order tonight from Ricky’s Chicken II tonight, 6 June at approximately 7:28PM. When we got the order at 8:43PM, the nachos did not have chicken as the photo described and were cold having been over an hour. We received the incorrect soup entirely. We ordered the Seafood Soup and received some short rib and cabbage stew, an approximately $3.00 difference. We were only issued a refund of $13.48 (DoorDash), so not even the total for the intended soup which was $15.95. The soup and nachos were just unacceptable.
Sent a text requesting an update on my food at 8:33; I was given a response, “This text conversation is related to a Door Dash order” I did not receive an update, but my delivery time reduced by 15-20minutes after I texted from 8:55-9:05, a max of 90 minutes from order time, to 8:43, 75 minutes after delivery.
The chicken was very tasty as were the sauce, but for the price could do better at home.
Frankly, I’m taking not having the seafood soup as a blessing after the food that was presented,

Food is great and the staff is friendly. The one downfall is the fact that they forget or mis-read something on my order about 90% of the time. I am not exaggerating. And i only eat there maybe once a month so that’s a big deal. Other than that i would give it 5 stars. Yellow sauce and green sauce is the whole reason i come back.

I tried this location today and very unimpressed. My chicken was dried out with an aftertaste and I got dark meat. My rice was hard and crunchy and the sauces for the chicken were watery and gross. I’ve never had a Peruvian sauce that tasted like dry mustard and so watery it makes a mess over my entire plate. I tried getting mayonnaise to calm down the tartness and that exploded on my shirt from their dispenser. First and last time I’ll come here. I was only able to eat my fries and the rest went in the garbage. Complete waste of money

Not impressed, ordered food here they messed up my order and didn’t want to fix it. They said they would comp me for next time. Then when I tried to order there again they said they never said that and they could only give me 20% off. Okay oh well the food wasn’t bad so I let it go. Then tonight I order from them and they messed up the order again, the guy wanted to give me a credit my husband told him nope and drove the food back down there. The steak was raw, the salad was wrong. They put the steak back on the grill, left the same eggs in there which were now cold, and then saturated the new salad with tons of croutons which I asked for no croutons and mixed them in underneath the salad. The quality of the food has completely decreased since the first time I ordered there, it doesn’t taste good anymore they must have a different cook. Anyways will never order there again because they can’t get the order right, and then if they don’t get the order right they don’t want to do the right thing and fix it instead they have an attitude. The sad thing is I’m not even a picky person, but I won’t eat raw steak yuck!!

Huge portions- Good food. Probably best as a take out order. We dined in. You order at the counter then wait for the food to be called. No servers- You take your tray to table. We ordered two desserts as well- I didn’t care for the flan but the tres leches was outstanding!

The Peruvian chicken is absolutely delicious! The horchata is my favorite in Stafford, and Pancho Villa’s off 610 is a close second. The tamales are a bit over seasoned and salty, but overall I always have a great experience here. The staff is very friendly, and the dining room is always clean!
